Great product and value, I love the changing pad and the setup, only four stars because the zipper broke within the first week of getting the changing pad. I emailed the manufacturer but no response

This is my first bad review. I’m not sure if I just got a bad one or if they are all like this. Ordered on the 22nd. Arrived the 23rd. Been laying out on a flat surface since and over 24 hours later it still looks like this on the 26th. It was vacuum sealed so I can’t really return it. One side is higher than the other. I feel like it might have been cut wrong but I’ll definitely be buying something different. I’m not sure it’s safe having one side so low.

The mobiel doesn't work, and the mattress has opened up to the shape of a 'W'.
