This is NOT a real leather chamois. I would not recommend this if you want a real natural product.

It works great for absorbing water BUT I bought them as an alternative to all the shedding microfiber type cleaning rags out there and unfortunately this doesn’t work well for wiping counters etc even though I saw comments that said it did…. It GRIPS AND GETS STUCK on the counter so it’s impossible to wipe…. Wish I could find something that was non shedding like this that would work!

The size of these chamois are pretty good. They're absorbency are perfect and they pretty much don't leave any streaks either.I bought these because I'm an Uber driver and I wash my car quite often - so, I keep these in the back of my trunk and when I get out of the wash I take one out of a plastic bag ( to keep it moist) and then wipe off all the little drops that are left behind

Calidad y precio aceptable.

I'll admit I bought these for the price - two for $11.99. At least for drying your car, they work. Because they are thin, they drag when I try to pull them across my car. They are a good size, and certainly soft and absorbant. I don't know if these were shaved from a thicker piece, or stretched to it's present size from a smaller one. I had trouble using them at first, but I think I've gotten used to them. They will stretch as you pull it across a wet car, but with practice it will do the job. Not sure how durable these are, but for the price, they will work for cleaning, drying and polishing. I am hoping that because I wash it with soap and water after use they'll last at least a year.

I use it to do a final wipe on the mirrors in the bathroom and from all the cloths that I have (synthetic shammy, fiber, cotton, paper towel) it's the best cloth. I say final wipe because this is a natural product like a layer of leather so I don't recommend it coming into contact with chemicals such as vinegar, ammonia, bleach, windex, or other products for the mirrors. So what I do is I use a normal multi-purpose cellulose sponge to clean the mirror with chemical products and I do wipes with clean water to rinse it. Then when it's time to do the final wipe to get all the excess water out, I use this wonderful soaked and wringed Chamois cloth. You're going to see that it wipes nicely and leaves no lint. Once you wipe it, you're going to see a bit of moisture on the mirror but when it dries up, you will not see any water spots or streaks. The mirror is spotless. I think the instructions tell us to soak it in warm water but I recommend to go a bit hotter but not too hot because you don't want to purposely ruin the product and then wring it. I find that the warmer the water and when you wring it and wipe the mirror with a warmer cloth, it wipes better and the moisture on the mirror dries up faster. The size of it is as big as a teen T-Shirt so for me it was too big to just clean the mirrors in the bathroom. So I cut it in half. It comes in 2 sheets so I only used half of one. For people who will use it to dry a car or a larger surface area, it may be the right size. When you soak it in water, you will notice that the density of the cloth is not like a synthetic cloth where it's very porous but more like a leather not porous so it will take a couple of more seconds to absorb the water for it to be soaked. It's a natural product so the edges don't come in a nice rectangular cut shape but an odd shape. Also, it's not like paper towel where you throw it away but the Chamois cloth is reusable so better for the environment. I really like this product and it does its job well for my purposes.
