Great v bit! I haven't been able to put that much time on it, but first impression is that it's great and cuts pretty clean. Will update my review if it dulls quickly, but very pleased on my first test cut.

Good bit, fits my Rotozip and cuts nicely. I plan to mount it to a CNC I am building for carving wood.Great bit, as far as I can tell, I will update once I have cut some more with it.

Product Reviewed: 1/2” Carbide 90 degree chamfer end mill for $37TL;DR; Bench review only; fine grind; odd packagingI’ve got a hobby machine shop and a mill drill. I’ve been adding carbide tooling over time. This is quite a chunk of carbide. The cutting surfaces are very fine grind. Very nice overall. The packaging is a bit odd. It looks very much like a 2 pack but only one tube is filled. That surprised me.No surprises. 5 stars. How I review:Reviews start with 5 stars and I subtract points.- 0 for value but I try to provide guidance-0.5 to -3 for product not matching description e.g. stainless steel is actually plated steel-0.5 to -3 for product missing badly on executionI select products carefully so low (1-3 scores) are rare but detailed comments and critiques almost always are in the review. Most of my reviews come out 4-5 range. If possible I dismantle or destroy items to examine inner workings.

This bit left nice clean edges on 4140 pre-hard and had no detectable wear (still sharp as it came out of the package) after about 50 hole chamfers.5 stars.

The first thing I noticed about this end mill was how shiny the flutes were. I almost hated to mount it in a collect and start making swarf. But I did, because it isn't how a cutting tool looks that matters. It is how it performs. And the happy news here is that this end mill cuts very well. Very clean, nice looking chamfers and bevels. I had a cheaper 90° chamfer endmill, but I don't think it will be getting much use now that I have this one. The newer one cuts cleaner and more efficiently. After trying it out on a few different types of material, there was no apparent wear.
