This silver and blue dog chain is very sparkly. Really enhances our Dogo Argentinos beautiful white coat. We have the 24 inch, his neck is 22inch, but wanted the chain to hang and be comfortable on him. He now likes to rock it, as he gets lots of praise on how handsome he looks. Once it goes on, he gets super excited about it. The closure isn’t bad, it snaps in there well. But I feel over time of use it will eventually give and break. My reason for four star; chain does leave a light blue tint on our dogs coat if he has been wearing it all day. It comes off with a bath, but I still dislike that. Only thing I advise to be cautious of.

We had already purchased this necklace for our dog, but she lost it one day at the dog park, so we had to order another because we loved the look of it on her so much. I do love that the clasp on it is different now; it seems more sturdy. So far we've had no issues with it coming undone, which was an issue with the one we previously owned. Unfortunately, I ordered the size she needed then which was 18 inches, but her neck has grown 2 inches in size and she needed a 20 inch, so this is a little tight on her- but I have a necklace extender that may work with this. I could send it back to get a larger one, but there's no need. The quality is great and it was a mistake on part, not theirs.

This is a beautiful little chain collar for your dog, the gems not only catch the light but catch the eye too , they have sizes big enough for you bullys' thick neck but smaller ones for you tiny toy dog, the latch is very strong and holds tight, it's heavy, strong and just looks amazing on my girl.

This rhinestone collar is just as cute as it can be, very blingy in pink and white. I ordered it in the 8 inch size, because I wasn't thinking, so of course it was too small for my little Shih Tzu. We have two rescue kittens, so I put the collar on one of them and it fit perfectly on her. It looked really cute and she looked regal. The problem was, it is not a break-away collar or one easily gotten out of. We admired the kitten and then a few minutes later, we saw she was struggling. In trying to get out of the collar, she got it hung up in her mouth, behind her teeth. She was freaking out, we were freaking out, our other animals were freaking out. I grabbed her and tried to open the clasp of the collar and couldn't open it. I was getting scratched up and she was struggling, not knowing I was trying to get the collar off of her. Finally, with my husband and I both holding a blanket around her, I was twisting the collar, trying to break the links or something and the clasp just sprung open and she was free. I can't tell you how horrified I was that this happened. She ran off to sit in my husband's desk chair and recover. I checked on her along with all the other animals going to check in on her to make sure she was alright. Thankfully, she has suffered no injury from it. She has forgiven me for her ordeal after I promised her I would never put another collar on her. She is her affectionate, sociable self today, which is a big relief.The description says it is for dogs and cats. Do not put this on a cat. They will do anything to get it off their neck. They could get badly hurt doing that. We were afraid she could've broken her teeth or her jaw. This collar would be better if it had a buckle, rather than this sort of clasp. This is more like a clasp for people's jewelry. I might use it for a bracelet, if I can take a link or two off it.I give it three stars, because it is a really pretty piece, but take away two stars because it shouldn't be used on a cat.
