I've been using these Rust Buster chains on my 7-speed e-Bike for years. I wish they would make them longer. Count your links! I have to add some links to make it long enough. Otherwise, these are great rust free chains. I don't oil or even wax these chains. That just invites dirt and stuff into your chain and sprockets. Also, I figure after a certain amount of time/use they'll stretch and need to be replaced either way. But, my way everything stays clean. Want a rust free chain that looks good and works good for longer than other chains at a decent price? Get these Rust Buster chains. I've got at least 10,000 miles on my current RB chain. Yep, no bs. But, it's time for a new one and new free-wheel.

Good price, prompt delivery. Chain meets the description but there are the details I wish I'd known before buying: The chain looks chalky-grey, rather than silver or chrome. I assume this is because of the rust-buster coating. The appearance is fine and even a tad shiny but not as shiny as most chains. The chain does indeed come with the "master link" or "missing link" part to connect both ends of the chain into a loop, but virtually anyone will probably need a chain tool to remove excess links and ensure their chain fits properly.

These bike chains are an upgrade on my mountain bike to resist rusting if I don't get around to cleaning and drying them right after I ride.

I bought three of these - one for each of my and my wife's bikes (Dahon 26" folding bikes) and they went on easily - had to remove 4 links for proper fit. They were installed about 1000 miles ago and they still look shiny & new. Time will tell on the rust resistance (these are boat bikes) - I'll post a followup next year.UPDATE 1/2022: These chains spent all summer on the boat, and they still look new!
