I've had this steamer for 3 years now we use it probably about once a week on average and I love it unfortunately it has finally broke the steal tank inside ruptured. I will most likely be getting another to replace very easy installation IF you are handy and you have power easily accessible make sure you put the Thermostat is slightly sticking out of grout in the tile

I had to replace a steam shower generator that was installed by a previous owner. After much research, I decided on CGoldenwall Steam Generator. It works great and when I probably damaged the control cable during installation, I emailed the problem to the address on the instructions. I immediately received an answer back, and I received a replacement in only 3 days via Fedex. They even followed up with another email to be sure I received the replacement parts and that everything was working correctly. 5 Stars for customer service and 5 stars for the unit itself, as it comes in with a great price as well. I also ordered stainless steel pipe on Amazon for the installation. Do not use galvanized pipe for the steam output, as was used in the unit I replaced. Installation is not too difficult, but I would recommend a plumber if you were unsure.
