It needs to have one more lower-level height adjustment. It is not comfortable on the colar bone when it is resting. The way it straps on can be difficult. It does work it you can put up will these issues.

Planning to decompress and stretch out my neck. Works well. I need to buy a mouth teeth guard to protect teeth from causing tooth damage. All sorts of cracking in the neck has happened in the first few days of use. Probably going to take few years to get all the neck allignment I can get without breaking the neck.

Great product. I had tingling in my arms because of a pinched nerve but this definitely has helped reduce the discomfort with regular use.
