Lavender is a bushy plant belongs to the mint family. This evergreen shrub has aromatic bluish-purple flowers. The name lavender originates from the Latin word "lavare", which means "to wash". As its name suggests, lavender has a pleasing refreshing Unlike other flowers, dried lavender flowers preserve the strong scent as well as the good appearance of the fresh flowers. The use of lavender can date back to thousands of years ago when lavender buds were used by ancient Roman people in their bath. It's an old tradition to throw rice at brides and groom to wish them good luck. But there's a trend among brides to use lavender buds to replace traditional wedding rice. When lavender buds are crushed by the feet of guests, they continuously release fragrance into air to sweeten the wedding.

I use these bags in the winter in my older restored car. This car sits in the garage all winter long just waiting to break out for the summer. I purchase these bags every year and put them in my car in various places. This items holds the lavender scent all winter long. It makes a great spider and mouse repellent during the winter. I have not had any issues of mice building nests in my car in the garage since placing these in the car and tail pipe. Obviously everyone uses them for something different,but if you want something with a long lasting scent. This is a great product. Would be great in a bathroom long term

There was no scent. I should've sent them back but they are cute. You can spray them yourself. Price should've been lower.

Was in a crunch for lavender for my bath salts. Founds these on Amazon and was amazed how wonderful they smelled. Went well in my bath salts. Will purchase again. The individual bags was a plus.
