I was very disappointed in my recent re-ordering of these silvervine chew sticks. I had several set of these from an earlier order which lasted for months without issue. But, when I opened the package one of the sticks already had lost it's silvervine ball; it was loose at the bottom of the package . Then we had a problem with the remaining stick. Within moments it fell off. I asked for a replacement which I received promptly. Same problem on 2nd order. I'm sorry to say that I will not be re-ordering these sticks.

The girls chew on them and flip them around the floor, have a ball playing with these.

Arrived with apparent bite marks on the wrapping and the actual toys looked tattered. One was missing the ball. It’s like they’d already been chewed. It’s more hassle to return, but definitely won’t buy again. Side note: I did purchase this same product several months ago and my boy cat loved it, so I purchased another round. He won’t go near these “new” ones.UPDATE: Company reached out to me to apologize and offered a full refund. They made things right, which should be commended.

My cat loves to chew on it and I also use it as a chase toy. It is durable and I’m glad there are 2 in a pack. I will buy again when needed.

My somewhat shy cat absolutely LOVES these things!! I’ve never seen him so happy (which, of course, makes ME happy!) GREAT product, and I’ll be replenishing regularly!
