Okay. We have purchased a multitude of various cat treat brands over the years, but these are by far THE BEST LOVED TREAT IN TWELVE YEARS!!! For the catnip variety, our boy goes from running to the treat bowl, “circling the wagon”, usually inhaling (yet occasionally crunching), to running all around like a psycho. It’s playtime!These are much enjoyed and I see they have a larger size. Happy cat. Lucky us.

Like that these are healthier and have very few ingredients and my cats like them a lot.

When opening these treats the cats got excited. But when they smelt them, they weren't sure of what to make of it. They are used to different treats, but love Temptations. Some of the cats weren't interested in these at all. Some took tasting them to like them. Outdoor kittens didn't know what to make of them either. They sniffed it and looked for food... but not the treat being offered. It smelt fishy to me and I would have thought that would have been something they were interested in. Again, with the kittens, it took having them taste it before they put any effort into it. So they taste good to the cats, but they don't smell it and get excited. The only thing I could say is that the manufacturer needs to put something that pulls their interest into the treat. Maybe mixing some catnip in or something.Beyond that, some of the cats eventually came around, but by that time, the ones that did like them, had them gone. So that's really the only drawback. I think if that if this was a regular treat selection, my cats would learn to like it, but treats are fun and rewarding, they shouldn't have to learn to like something as a treat.
