This actually Works I noticed the difference. I can’t really hang it anywhere, but I do put it on the shelves.

Purchased this trap at the same time that I bought another brand. The other brand has caught not a single moth. The Catchmaster traps have multiple clothes moths in them after two weeks. These traps are also very easy to set up and use compared to the other product. (NOTE: You will see and catch more clothes moths when the weather warms up.)

I have never actually had a product work like this. I’m having a bit of a nightmare with carpet moths, so I thought I’d give these a shot. I opened the package and literally within one minute there was a swarm of those little bas*ards all around me. The smell on these things (undetectable to your nose) sends them into an actual frenzy. I was able to squish more than 50 in ten minutes and the traps have been catching them all day. It’s unbelievable how well these worked. I can’t recommend them enough for closets (or anywhere else these terrible pests have made a home). Just be ready to go to work when you open the packaging because apparently these moths can smell the pheromones from about 30 feet away and will be coming out of the woodwork (and your nice wool clothes) to get a taste.

Worked immediately to start attracting and catching moths - literally the minute I opened the first pouch I saw a moth flutter in response. Within a few minutes several had already been trapped, which was surprising as I didn’t know how bad of a moth problem I had - so this trap also helped confirm that. I have only had them a day and while I am not sure they will be enough to combat the moths on their own given how many moths I seem to have, but the traps definitely are helpful to buy. Not only to cut down on the number of moths and help break the cycle, but also to help me confirm which type of moth I have (a clothing moth not pantry). Definitely recommend!

Well, so far, we don’t seem to have had any male moth visitors, so I can’t really comment on functionality. Maybe, our last series of preventative measures was more successful than I thought. Last time I did this the traps did in fact work. And the cedar fragrance was effective. The problem is we let our guard down and the pesky little critters found our woolen clothes. It’s all about vigilance, and that’s harder to come by.

These are made of sturdy materials and assemble as-expected, easy and hassle-free. and hang appropriately. I don't love the bright red color: these things are already embarrassing to need to use, without advertising them in fire-engine red. It is REALLY an eyesore. Oh well. They seem to do the job intended.
