Previously, I mistakenly wrote a bad review because I read the instructions incorrectly! I eventually realized my mistake and assembled the Cat Window Perch easily. It's very sturdy and well-designed. My cat loves it!

Our Maine Coon girl loves this. She can stand up on her hind legs to fully stretch out and scratch on it, climb it, and loves her perch to sleep or watch outside the window. It seems pretty sturdy as well. It was easy to put together and hasn’t budged since we put it up.

We put this together and it was an IMMEDIATE hit with our two big ol’ kitties. They both use the heck out of the scratching post AND they both love the bed… So much so that they get up there together and chill or sleep in the window - and it is so stable (those suction cups are amazing) that there is NO problem with filling this bed with over 25 lbs of cat. We opted to use only two of the supporting columns rather than 3 - it looked a little too high. Oh, and It’s looks great, too!! It’s such a great purchase that I think we’re going to grab another one so they can spread out a bit - or maybe we’ll have one tallOne next to a short one - or maybe we’ll just use it in another window altogether. Really a great purchase

A great addition to my home! My cats absolutely love using the scratching posts, and they spend hours sharpening their claws. The window perch gives them a perfect spot to lounge and watch the outside world. The only downside is that the hammock is a bit too loose, but it’s easily fixable if you’re handy with a needle and thread. Overall, it’s a solid and fun product for cats, and the scratching posts alone make it worth it!

The sleekness and cat friendly height of this product is just right for my Clancy. It was worth every penny. It was easy to assemble and it is made sturdily. Clancy didn’t care for the hammock so I added a pillow and he lounges easily.

I must say, this is a pricey item for what it is. The sturdiness is decent and building it was not difficult. The instructions don’t say much but easy enough to understand, put together in no time. This is a good stand as there is limited space where I live and overall good in areas for cats who simply enjoy window watching.

Initially received this cat podium without the correct number of screws required to put it together. Thankfully there was good communication between me and the seller, and was shipped what I needed quickly. I have now installed it with my own modifications. I have secured the podium by screwing it into the window trim (doing away with the suction cups) and my cats seem pleased they have another window to track the birds from :)I added my own soft padding on top.4 stars because I think this item is overpriced.It’s a few pieces of thin pine wood, felt stickers, jute string, and some screws. $165CAD with tax.

We enjoy window seats and this one is another enjoyable one to add to our list. Was easy to put together and is nice and sturdy with the base support. Our 6 moNth old kitten LOVES vertical wall scratchers so I knew this one would gets the full brunt of his attention and it did just that from the moment I stuck it to the window. The only thing I didn’t like was there were no predrilled holes into the side panels so chance of splitting the wood and/or screws not going in straight were high and it did happen. The other thing I don’t fully like is the hammock. It could stand to be tighter so there’d be less drop. Our cat isn’t fond of laying in it so he just uses it to jump over to his other window seat that’s not as droopy. Other than that it’s a great product and I’m not sad I spent the money on it as a scratcher and bed separate would have cost approximately the same.Oh and the string on the mouse immediately unraveled but he’s hanging on for dear life lol

I wanted to take some time before writing this review on the cat scratch post and hammock bed. I bought a scratch post in the past and within days the rope used around the post just fell apart with any scratching my cat did. Within days nothing was left BUT NOT with this post! THIS cat post is so far so good! My cat uses it multiple times a day and we haven't had any issues. AND even if I don't have it suctioned to the window and it hasn't toppled over which was something I was worried about. Hasn't happened so if that's a worry of yours when buying this, don't worry. Definitely feel reassured that their claws and pushing on it, won't move it. (Unless they go full throttle on it, then it MAY give way) My cat is a full size adult and can climb the post and grab onto the wood, and climb in but there is a con in this (see below) He loves to sleep against the window with the sun coming in on him and this cat bed is perfect for just that!Here are a couple of cons though: in my pics, I show a close up how when the 3 posts come together (they come in 3 separate pieces and you screw them together to make the 1 long cat post) you can see a gap in the rope between the 2 areas where they connect. That isn't exactly the best appearance but it isn't a deal breaker for me.Second, when my cat goes to climb it and get into the bed, he can't fit between the tiny gap so he has to climb over the wood post which isn't exactly the easiest for him. So if your cat isn't exactly the best with agility, he/she may need help into the bed.Overall, this cat post is great! It withstands multiple scratches and the rope doesn't shred or fall apart easily. Putting it together was straightforward and easy. I feel it was worth the money and if my cat's happy, then I'm happy.

I bought this for my kittens, who are now adult cats. They LOVE this thing. When they were little they struggled to climb to the top but one day they finally could make it and you could sense the pride radiating off of them as they surveyed their domain from their lofty perch. Now they race up and down it all the time.They snooze in it, they play on it, they scratch on it - they love this thing. I move it to a new window periodically to refresh their view and they seem to love that.I was worried it might not be stable but even when my big male cat is flopping around in it, it stays firmly attached to the window.I really appreciate the construction of it - everything lined up great and I love that it's made of real wood and not plastic or melamine.
