Unusable. The lid does NOT snap onto the unit, cheaply made and unusable. Very disappointed. Plugged it in and left it plugged in continuously, but water never even started flowing. Spent too much money for an item not as described. Useless.

Wonderful fountain! The size is sort of small so I feel I will need to fill the water sort of often, but other than that, it's quiet and water flows great! It also came with a bunch of extra filters which is awesome!

I've bought and replaced several water fountains and have been pretty unimpressed with most of them, but this one is by far the best fountain for the best price. It's cheap, the water stream is heavy and consistent, there's an easily replaceable spounge filter that keeps the water cleaner than fancy filters I've had, there's a large enough pool of water for pets who like to drink from a pool instead of a stream, it makes a little bit of peaceful water noise, just hits the mark in every way. The pump also automatically shuts off when it doesn't detect water which gives me a lot of peace of mind knowing I won't accidentally burn it out. Delivery was fast, and I'm not bothering going through any other water fountains, so I have already recorded this.

It took a bit before my cat regularly drink from it. I think it’s good for the price and it surely is very quiet. Love the light that shines subtle at night.

The water Maxine looks great I love the sound the water makes. The lid is not snug and I fear the animals will knock it over. I put a mat down in case so far my cat is not interested but has checked it out. Not sure if anyone knows how to remedy this lid? It’s a great price. The lump works great.
