I recently got these furniture protectors, and I’m really happy with how they work! The 12-pack gives plenty of coverage, and they’ve been great for guarding my furniture safe from cat’s claws. The adhesive is strong enough to hold them in place, and the clear plastic blends in well with my furniture. The best part is that my cat has stopped scratching the couch, which is a huge relief. I had some issues with the sticky pads not adhering as well on certain areas, but the included twist pins helped keep them in place where needed. Even without the pins, they still work well in most areas.They’re easy to apply, and I love that they’re discreet. It’s also nice that they’re reusable and don’t leave behind sticky residue when removed. Overall, these protectors are effective and practical, and I’d definitely recommend them if you're dealing with a cat that likes to scratch your furniture!

I ordered the Cat Scratch Furniture Protector from Joyeux Daily to see if it would protect the corners of our new furniture from cat scratching.The furniture protectors are very easy to apply; however, if you have to remove the protector, I’d recommend using a new protector versus trying to reuse or reposition the one just removed. There is a certain amount of fabric dust that sticks to the protector making it not as sticky for reuse.When applying the fabric protector, spend a little time to smooth out wrinkles as you apply it. Otherwise you can wind up with large creases in the plastic making the final result unsightly.The advertisement indicates the protectors are invisible once applied. While they are not invisible, their visibility levels changes depending on the amount of light the plastic reflects.Once I applied the furniture protector to the spot my cat wanted to scratch, he returned to using his scratching post and left the furniture alone.

Update: My cat pulled these off the curtain 🤦🏼♀️ If you can’t use the optional screw-pins, then I wouldn’t bother with these protector sheets.This stuff was obnoxious to apply. It sticks to itself better than to fabric lol. But once I got the protector sheets on, my cat stopped trying to claw the curtain. It’s been a few days and she hasn’t tried to climb them at all. I only had to do one vertical row - so right at cat-height - and that seemed to be enough.

I have ordered plastic scratch protectors in the past but I needed to get to get more since they weren't staying on. This pack comes with 12 sticky plastic protectors. They are easy to cut to fit the area you need to protect. I used the full sheets on the back of my couch and trimmed other sheets around the smaller areas. I was surprised that I did not need to use the corkscrew push pins to secure the sheets on the back of my couch. They stuck much better than the previous sheets I had used but to get the most out of the sheet I secured them with the pins. One sheet had a few wrinkles in it so I couldn't use that on the flat part of the couch but I was able to cut that piece to fit on a smaller section of the couch. I love my cats but they were doing a number on my couch. I am really happy with how these sheets were easy to apply and how they will protect my couch from further damage.

These may not stick if you bend them around corners close to their edges - but they stick to each other just fine, so overlap them by a centimeter or two. This will also eliminate the possibility of your cat's claws finding purchase in any slight gaps between pieces.They also may not stick if you can't press them into the upholstery, like in a spot where the fabric is stretched over a frame, but with no padding or anything between the frame members.Not sure if these work on cats whose claws aren't trimmed. We only have one indoor/outdoor cat whose claws we don't trim, and so far, he hasn't tried scratching here since I put the protectors on.

Works great! We have five cats and have some destroyed furniture to prove it! We bought a new couch last year and I bought something similar to protect it. Now a couple of our kitty companions have started to scratch our bed, so we installed these and they work exactly as intended! Good quality, easy installation, and protects (and dissuades) our cats from scratching our bed!

I ordered these furniture protectors to keep my cat from destroying my couch and loveseat. I liked the large size of each sheet. I am glad they included some upholstery tacks because the sheets did not stick very well by themselves. They are clear and blend well. I have not had any more tears in my furniture since I covered the corners with these protectors. I am not sure how long they will stay on with the tacks because they did not stick well. I recommend these Cat Scratch Furniture Protectors to friends.

This stuff works! Despite the instructions saying it's not recommended for faux leather, that's really all my cat likes to destroy, so that's what I put it on, my new office chair with only like a week's worth of little claw pinpricks. The sheets are a decent size for this purpose, and while it took a while to cut pieces into the odd shapes on the back and sides of an office chair, I didn't find it all that difficult to cut pieces to shape or adhere the pieces where I wanted them to go. It's possible to make little relief cuts at the edges to accommodate slight curves, though you can definitely tell that's been done if you go that route.It's thick, very smooth plastic, so the cat's claws just don't have anywhere to bite into, and after losing her satisfying place to claw, the cat has mostly stopped trying.I'd thought with the odd shapes I might need the spiral pins this came with, but I've decided not to use them for now and just see how it holds up. I'll update if/when I need to replace pieces.
