The product itself seems good.However, the diffuser plug does not fit Australia power points... luckily I had some from another brand so am able to use the product.

It works, I used it while on vacation to visit my folks, may cats actually socialized with all the people in the house instead of hiding in the bedroom.

This diffuser does seem too quiet, my cat down it a little bit, not much but I think it helps

Dexter ( my cat) who is semi feral appears to be calmer and more self confident since I have been using it. She ( yes a female cat with a male name, get over it) sits by it quite often. We are pleased with the product.

I sent this to my sister after listening to her complain about her cat. This is her review:My sister swears by these plug-ins, so she sent me this to try for my cat who meows NON STOP!!!!! Granted, she's a Bengal cat, so I don't know if this actually applies as they are known talkers.... Anyway, I plugged this in and it did nothing. I also only plugged in 1 diffuser in a 3 bedroom house, so that may be an issue as well, however, I plugged it in in the room she spends the most time in. Her behavior didn't change one bit. Nothing. I did some recent reading about Bengal Cats and, apparently, it seems that they are just 24/7 talkers. Some meow all night, so I'm grateful that mine, at least, sleeps through the night....

Dispenser does not work. Had to return it twice because even the replacement did not work.
