The Most Common Confusion You May Encounter
Why doesn't the heated pad feel warm to touch?
Let's see the correct explanation from one of our customer : "I saw another reviewer state "it doesn't feel that warm to touch." This makes sense - just like a bed heating pad will not feel warm to touch until you actually LAY ON IT. Same with this. If you lay down on this for about 2-4 minutes, you will feel the heat."
How to test the pet heating pad?
Place the pet heated bed on the chair, choose a middle temperature level and sit on, wait 2-3 minutes for the pad heats up, then you can call your furry friend to lie down on the warm pad.

I like that the cord is protected. You can set the temperature and also set a timer or constant-on. Works great for our two tiny doggies.

It works ok, the build material is nice and the protected power cord is a great addition. However, it does not get nearly as warm as advertised. Our pups will use it if we leave it on for an hour prior with a blanket over it to essentially trap the heat but otherwise it does not warm up much.

Bought this for my older kitty for the cold winter in Michigan. Needless to say he loves it. Easy to use and washable cover. It has kept my cat warm and happy! Great quality for the price and love the timer!

My cat is always looking for a cozy spot and now that it's getting cold he's loving this heating pad! I love it comes with multiple temperature settings and a timer so I can have it shut off on it's own. It does not take long to heat up, either. It's made of durable material and it's soft to the touch. I use it both in my cat's bed or lying on my bed, so he has a warm spot. There is no setup needed, and it would make a great gift for cat owners!

This is a well made cat bed. No odor out of the box. Cover is soft and cat comfortable. Controls easy to understand and use. I took one star off as my geriatric cat needs a super hot bed. This gets warm enough for most cats, but if your cat is the type that sleeps in the sun, on a hot day, on asphalt, you should pass on this bed.

Not worth the money. It barely heats up; directions which aren't all that helpful says it can get as hot as 145deg, it doesn't come close. Maybe 70deg at best. There was another review that stated the same thing and I assumed it was just defective, but now I realize it's just bad design.The control has a timer and heat level option. Temp goes from 1 to 9 so I assume 9 is hot and timer goes from 1 to 12 so I am guessing that's hours. Guessing because instructions literally only say "use remote to set temp and timer", but doesn't explain it.
