I'm so glad we purchased this. We have a kitty that darts out the door anytime it opens. When it's so cold out I would have to stand outside multiple times a night calling for him to come back so I could make sure to get him back insise. It took a few days for the cats to figure it out but now they all come and go as they please and I don't have to worry about them getting stuck outside when it's so cold. It also does a good job of sealing up the space so air isn't coming through. I also appreciate how easy it was to install. Definitely recommend!

Prior to purchasing this product I reached out to customer service with questions about taking measurements. I received a quick, kind reply with helpful screen shots. Once the cat flap arrived I was immediately impressed with the quality! I purchased the clear version and you can’t tell the difference between the window and the cat flap surround. It was super easy to install and it works great. The flap itself is easy to swing and it’s quiet - my cats immediately caught on and used it the day of installation. I ended up adding some insulating foam around the flap but I’m not sure it was necessary. It did create nice, tight fit though.I would not hesitate to purchase from this seller.

These are pictures of both sides of the LARGE hard plastic cat flap. It freely swings back and forth and is also one way (in each direction) and totally lockable. I installed it yesterday and my cats are learning to use it to go from our house to our screened porch. It fits nicely, is high-quality and has some weatherstripping along the top/bottom/side edges. I have three cats and two of them are over 20 pounds and fit fine through the Large flap.Great communication with the sellers. I highly recommend this product. My cats will get a lot more usage out of our new porch with free, safe access.

This cat flap works very well. We use it so our indoor cats can access a catio. They were reluctant to use it at first, but now they have got the hang of it and use it all the time. We had to put some extra foam-tape sealant around the edges so the whole window insert could sit flush with the window, but it has held up very well so far and doesn't budge. My only issue with the product is that the seller charged quite a bit extra for a standard-size cat flap, which I picked because the "no-charge" cat flap was way too small and would maybe be big enough for kittens. But overall, the cat flap accomplishes its purpose and our cats absolutely love it.

This was easy to install and easy to work. This was my cat’s 2nd cat window (we moved) and they figured it out immediately. My only concern is that the cats can’t visually tell when the door is locked so I close the curtains when I lock it.

Had another brand for years and this one is much better and looks great. Was here super fast too. This is the 7” with in/out feature; could be better locking mechanism as it’s complicated pushing 4 bottoms in opposite directions to get the right combo of in or out only. My last only have 1 lever and you turned it to the setting. I need my glasses on to understand what I’m doing but I’m sure I will know the pattern soon.
