These bags are really superb, quality storage for your cashmere. I do get weary of being asked for reviews but this time I choose to do it as the item is so good. The fabric of the bag is so soft and smooth, clearly carefully chosen by the manufacturer. They come with genuine cedar wood blocks as an extra deterrent against moths and these are not overly smelly, which was something I was concerned about. I contacted the supplier to check about the cedar blocks and was given a very clear, polite explanation which set my mind at rest. Well worth the money.

L'ho trovato davvero di buona qualità, la cerniera è scorrevole e resistente. Contiene senza problemi un maglione in cashmere e volendo se ne possono mettere anche due insieme.Il tessuto è resistente e morbido, si può anche lavare.Molto utile anche il taschino con incluso un quadrato di legno di cedro, che grazie al suo profumo, terrà lontano le tarme.

Last year seems to have been "The Year of Cashmere," because I received three cashmere items for Christmas, all spectacular! Of course I want to care for them properly, so I ordered a couple of these bags. I especially liked the idea that each comes with a cedar block. I haven't seen any moths in my clothing, but I have seen the occasional moth hole, so I decided to take precautions. I'm very happy with these storage packs. They are easy to use, they don't take up much space at all (for scarves, for example, you can roll the bag after the scarf is enclosed, which protects the scarf and prevents wrinkles), and they give me piece of mind that my favorite (and irreplaceable) pieces are safe from environmental hazards.

Turns out you could probably make one of these using a nice quality cotton linen pillow case and Velcro to close it up with. I Used the product to store my cashmere sweater. it fit in nicely. this item comes with a little pocket on the outside, where you can put in a cedar plank to help with pest control, only thing, the cedar plank that it came with must have been really old because no amount of sanding would get it to give off a cedar smell that would help deter pests that could eat away at your sweater. I tossed that out. and instead I ended up buying separate cedar chips in a little bag to stuff in there. If anyone can make the same thing for less i'll buy it. but in the meantime. I'll get a nice pillow case to store my cashmere sweater in.

I am happy that my hooded wool Aran cardigan fit perfectly in one bag. The other bag is the same size and is perfect for a cashmere pashmina with room to spare. Each bag comes with a block of cedar and a pocket to slip it into. Highly recommend these well crafted bags.

I received these today to put my new cashmere sweaters in since a previous one was eaten by moths. I don’t know if the cedar slab works yet, but the bags sure are well made and elegant. They are obviously a high quality fabric. I can tell by feeling the fabric. They were a decent value. The zippers appear to be sturdy. They are good sized. I could put a heavy sweater or 3 thinner cashmere sweaters in one bag. I’m buying more. No, they don’t smell. My cedar blocks DO smell. My husband is a very experienced woodworker and said they’re still aromatic and if they loose their smell, all I have to do is lightly sand them. I don’t know yet if they’ll keep moths out.
