My favorite all time reefer galler for Moths. (and kills other bugs too I've noted-silverfish + roaches in the immediate vicinity of the cakes ) Works the best to get the little moths too and it lasts longest of any others I've tried. I use 2 ways, either hang a couple in the metal circular hanger made for them, or take one cake and just open up the cellophane all the way and let the cake sit out on my closet shelf. I put those on old saved plastic lids to lunch meat containers used as a small tray. I get away using less the 2nd way and for my size farmhouse closet it's enough to do the job. I've been using this brand since the 90s when I could only find at a certain local franchise store back then. I've had 1 bad order, last year when an Amazon vendor sent me old stock. It contained multiple cracks in all crushed cakes --as well as worn, dog eared and partially pushed in boxes ---but this time everything looked fresh and no trouble with the products' condition. There is a smell from them inside the closet but it doesn't cling to the clothing. You wont be wearing the old style moth ball smell on your outfits! This is the 3rd order for Reefer Galler on Amazon now.

Great for clothes hanging bags. I bought the metal container and moth cakes and now just need refills They last much longer than mothballs

A bit of trimming on the old Fuller Moth cake units and these fit. Just used a pair of wire cutters to trim the plastic locating pins inside.

Excellent moth protection for hanger clothing storage bags. Add a hook using a wire closthes hanger to suspend the can.

Upon finding sweaters in our closets with moth holes that pretty much made me order this product. Upon our first use we kept finding flying bugs in our bedrooms! Hence the moth mass exiting as quickly as possible! I only use one cake per tin. The smell of the cakes does not linger on our clothes at all! Six closets have these in the them! Have this product on subscribe and save, just don’t want to be without!!

We have a large walk-in master closet, and although there also is a cedar chest in there, some things like wool or cashmere coats don’t fit in the chest. For years now, I’ve used the pierced, hanging metal boxes with these moth cakes, placing one at each end of the closet and changing them out every few months. The smell is not overpowering, but it works like a charm. WARNING: Do not let your pets play or nap inside closets or other areas that use mothballs or moth cakes. The inhaled fumes can be deadly to small animals. Keep the closet door shut and make sure your pet is not trapped inside.
