This is not a paid review. I would purchase the chairs above again. I will also purchase other items from the company because of its prompt and great customer service. The chairs were very EASY to put together. I liked that the chair parts already assembled were glued AND screwed for sturdiness. The glue could have been applied better, but I was glad it was there. The chairs legs were level and did not rock at all. The size was perfect for my toddler grandchildren. These will be used outdoors, therefore, coat of protectant will need to be applied each year. That would be the case with any of the chairs I researched. I can’t decide to give 4 or 5 stars. I will give that reason below. I am choosing 4 because even though the chairs are suppose to be made of cedar and are the color of cedar, my adult son was not sure if they actually were because there is no cedar smell to them. Also, a 5 star would mean we had no issues at all with the chairs upon receipt. Each chair we ordered had an issue with one of the bottom legs. We questioned whether one was cosmetic or an actual split in the wood that could get worse faster than without. The other chair had a definite split. I was SO IMPRESSED with Paul in customer service. I contacted the company through Amazon. I had a reply within 24 hours TWO DAYS BEFORE XMAS! (I was even leery if I would hear back from them at all because the label on the bottom said the wholesale company came from China. I really try hard to not buy China when I can. However, I liked the information provided on the store link with the product and that there were other products I could purchase as gifts for my son’s family this year that they were wanting.). What was more AMAZING was that my request was for just the two side slats, but the company sent an entire chair and it arrived the day after Christmas!! I thought it would be a couple of weeks minimum due to shipping times during holidays. As it happened, we had to delay Christmas a day due to an illness in the family. The chair company unexpectedly made my day!!! Thank you, Paul. I would not let my experience with a flaw hinder me from making the purchase again because of the promptness and ease of customer service. These things happen when you can’t see the actual product you are purchasing. Each chair comes with easy instructions for assembly, easy product registration, and ease of contacting customer service.

This is a great little chair and perfect for my toddler. He's getting a kick out of sitting on it. My wife also finds it cute for him to have his own chair next to the regular adult ones we have.

Yes, we bought our cat a chair. She was constantly sitting in the chairs on the patio, so we thought she would enjoy her own. There must have been a scent she didn't care for at first, as she warmed slow. After a rain, she started to sit and sleep in in regularly. It's good quality and very attractive.

I have made many Adirondack chairs for adults. I considered making a kid sized one for my granddaughter as a Christmas gift My wife found this and suggested I buy it instead of making one. I looked at the construction of the chair online and was impressed. I decided to order it thinking if I didn't like it I could send it back. I found this chair to be as good as anything I could make. The hardware is of high quality, the wood is solid and high quality, and the design is exactly the same template I use for my adult chairs. When we gave it to her as a Christmas present she fell in love with it. She calls it her "take a break chair". I couldn't be happier with my purchase.
