I ordered the 2 pack of these chairs in navy blue and one arrived damaged from a gouge in the box during shipping. Contacted them about it and they sent a replacement chair quickly with no need to return the damaged one, no hassle at all! Greatly appreciated such good customer service! Putting them together was a tad difficult by myself, but once I got the correct direction of the leg pieces figured out it was easy! So definitely think about the correct slant of the front and back leg pieces and how the bottom of each sits on the ground as it makes a difference but isn’t obvious on the directions photos. Just don’t tighten the bolts all the way until you’re sure the pieces are right. I’m very happy with them, just what I wanted, they’re comfortable and the height is good for me. With back issues I didn’t want to have to hike up in to the chair. These are tall but not the tallest style of some Adirondack chairs. And it’s rained twice since they went outside and I’ve just brushed the water off with a towel and can sit right in them. My sisters have the very expensive versions of this type of polywood patio furniture and mine look and seem just as good as theirs, at a third or fourth of the price. I shopped around a lot and feel these were a very good price! Now how to get rid of my old patio furniture …..

Absolutely love them! I bought to chairs to go with my “Hand Made” NASCAR table. Definitely a must have.
