Had this for over a year now and it has been the best purchase of the year! Makes perfect delicious coffee, it looks beautiful and is a workhorse. My partner and I have together about 4-6 lattes a day. It’s easy to fill and easy to clean.Different beans need different grinds which will need to be adjusted each time you open a new bag, but often it’s the same grind size for multiple bags. Most of the time if the pressure is a little low I just add a little more grind next time and it fixes the issues. Easy peasy.Always run an empty double shot first thing in the morning, use wet cloth to wipe steamer and wipe down after use. Stays clean with little effort.I highly recommend this if you’re feeling adventurous and looking for an excellent espresso at home. The video directions have always been helpful if I had questions on how to handle something like grinder cleaning(which it only has needed once).Haha now we dread getting espresso anywhere but at home because no one makes as good of a cup as we do!Saves us $$$$!

Customer Service: I was so excited when my machine arrived and absolutely loved it for the first few days but then the grinder stopped working after about a dozen uses. I went through the manual and followed all the steps in detaching, cleaning, and reattaching the ginger and bean hopper multiple times but it still didn't work. I contacted CasaBrew customer service and they were quick and efficient in their replies and in sending me a replacement machine.I'm a novice 'barista' so I just wanted a machine that could make me some good espresso and decent lattes but that was easy to use and this machine is perfect for that. Other than the issues with the grinder, I absolutely love this machine! It's easy to use, the drinks are delicious, and it looks really high-end. Would definitely recommend!

Elle est presque identique à la Breville, mais à 300$ moins cher!!!Facile d'usage. Le seul hic, les instructions n'étaient qu'en anglais, mais c'est un détail.

Garbage. A waste of money. While the Espresso machine part works okay, the hopper that holds the coffee beans stops working, making it pointless. If you want to use this rubbish Espresso maker, plan to buy a bean grinder, even though they provide a spare grinder, it is worthless because the cheap plastic hopper will fail. Do yourself a favor and spend a bit more on a better brand. This brand stinks. Casabrew should be named CasaBlows.

Received this Casabrews espresso machine and on opening it, the drink tray was scratched and looked used or possibly damaged on manufacturing. Not impressed with the damage however the machine works well so far.

Been wanting to get an espresso machine ever since trying out espresso from my sis’s Breville. But me being a complete beginner..I didn’t want to spend the high price for that brand. Decided to roll the dice on Casabrews and after a beginning learning curve, I now enjoy a perfect morning espresso, latte, americano every morning. No more going to Starbucks everyday and wasting hard earned money, this machine pays for itself.Just be patient, I at first thought I received a defective machine since I could not get the pressure to the optimal blue level. But there’s a lot of videos the company has put out to help. So after a lot of beans and trial and error, it’s easy for me to make espresso for myself, friends, relatives. They say I should go become a barista. Glad it came with all the accessories you’ll need. Milk frother works good albeit a being pretty loud. Also the customer service is exceptional. Called when I first got the machine in the beginning of the year for advice and Mia and Jackie responded right away. Just had a recent issue with the grinder and Jackie again got back to me immediately and resolved my issue. I’m glad I got this machine, cannot tell the difference in taste quality between my Casabrews and my sis’s Breville.

It took a little bit of fiddling but once you know what kind of beans it like how fine to grind and everything just works just as it should the steam wand is actually pretty good it can get to around 160-165°f for frothing and that darn good for the price. Comes with lots of goodies and I am very happy with my purchase. Would recommend new people to watch a few videos on how to properly make espresso, just so you don't spend too much time figuring it out the hard way.

I bought my first espresso machine at a Starbucks in 1995 and have been making mostly cappuccino forever. I was a little reluctant to buy a machine I had never heard of, had only a few reviews from beginners and enthusiasts, and, going forward...who knows? But. Three cappuccinos in, I have just made the best one in 27 years! First impression of this machine - very impressed. I may or may not write more going forward, but I'll say a couple more things in Casabrews favor. My first day I received an email from them checking in and asking how it was going...and they sent several pdf's to help. They provide a complete second grinder mechanism in case you need to fix, adjust, clean or otherwise need a clean start. And, as of the writing of this, I got an instant $150 coupon taking the price of the machine to $500. So. Initially. Recommended! Good luck, happy brewing. Enjoy...Update:I had reason to email Casabrews with a question as I am trying to figure out the grind and pressure. The next day my phone rings and it's a call from mainland China. And "Martin" (I'm sure actual Chinese name was different), introduces himself with his chief engineer. He is "the boss." And when they explain they are not sure about my problem, they offer to send me a back up grinder, (the unit already comes with one), and to pay for me to send mine to an address in California, (at their expense), so they can research the issue. Amazing! Who does this in this day and age? Let alone across the world, caring to understand about a customer problem. And we all think China, and companies there are other-worldly. How fantastic for them to care and make the effort across the language barrier and pay the freight. Bravo, Casabrews! Still learning the machine, but even a bigger fan now!Update 2:One year on. Still love its performance. Fairly flawless. Really impressed with my first several hundred coffees…
