Your cart is empty.The LD step was actually inspired by Jeff Carr's wife, Lynn. Hence the name "LD Step" (Lynn's Design). This step will give the user easier access to the vehicle due to the wider and deeper stepping surface which extends further than our other steps. The LD step is available in our three durable finishes, and installation is a cinch with our mounting system.

This product is really easy to install. Only took about an hour and they were tight and ready to use! Fit easily and aren’t real heavy but seem very well built. All the hardware is included.

Had to return would not work on my 2019 Chevrolet 3500 dually due to the exhaust tank on the passenger side being too close to the door rocker panel it needed to mount to.These are really nice steps I hated that I had to return them, if you have a gas burner they will work and look great, I guarantee it!Still haven't found a solution for this dually that I like, I'm just not a running board type guy!!!

I bought these because they have a large step space with nothing hindering side access to the step and so I can mount them in different spots on each side of my truck. I need my step further forward than my wife does on the passengers side. They work great and have a very tall texture on the step so no slipping when wet like the stock steps on my work truck. They are perfect for our needs!

I purchased 2 pairs for a 2009 Chevy Crew Cab 2500HD. I replaced round nerf bar steps with these. The install does require some drilling and the directions are actually good. The first pair took a little time, probably 1 hour. The second pair was a breeze maybe 30 minutes. They are solid and make it easy to get in or out of the truck. There is plenty of step area. I have 33" tires with a leveling kit . I think they give a cleaner look than running board steps. The steps are high quality with plenty of hardware to complete the install. Would recommend this product.

lots of choices on how to hang these steps. install was quick and painless. fit on a 1978 F250. Very heavy duty, but not overly heavy. much wider than traditional hoop steps. Matte black finish looks amazing and is very durable.

The good- the steps by themselves are a really nice alloy material with a thick coating. The texturing on the step surface will always get a great grip on your foot- there's nothing to wear off. Good reach and drop to be a functional step. Many of the newest, most stylish, and expensive nerf steps do not give you that firm step!The bad- The mounting is universal. There was a great amount of care taken to accommodate many different make & model trucks and SUVs. There are detailed instructions for all applications. There are enough parts, as well. The mounting brackets are bare grade 5 mild steel- they are going to rust. I would advise priming and painting the mounting brackets well in advance of mounting them. Chances are you will need to drill at least one hole in each side through sheet metal.When complete, I was not pleased with a bit of "moosh" to the steps. They press up onto the backside of the body panel under rocker area. Its the best you could do given what you have to work from dimensionally. You don;t notice the slight "moosh" when you step on them, but if you get down at eye height and just push on them, you will see them move as they push into the backside of the body panel.Also, these have an angle setting on them to pitch them down or upwards. You have to find the best setting by eye. In my case, the best setting would be 1/2 way between two different holes, so I chose to slightly pitch them upwards. No one else would notice, but it does feel like a better foot grip with them very slightly pitched-upwards. Again, they look level at a glance.Bottom-line, for quickly hopping-up into your truck or SUV, these are great if you are willing to take your time mounting them as best as possible, per the instructions and parts. Sloppy install is going to yield sloppy look. They do look great, though.

With more affordable options available, the price tag on these steps wasn’t attractive at all. Nevertheless, the simple and rugged design definitely got my attention. In the end, “Made In USA” was the key feature that made me choose these steps over others.No unnecessary/gaudy design features...just simple steps that are both fashionable and functional. With three finishes available, these steps can be installed on any color vehicle and maintain a low profile appearance. I chose the polished finish to compliment the existing accessories on my truck. I plan to add more photos after they’ve been installed on my truck.The first set of steps arrived in a smashed box that shipped inside of a decent box. Initial inspection revealed noticeable damage on one of the steps. I promptly contacted Amazon Customer Service and they assisted me with a replacement order, which shipped almost immediately.Although the replacement steps arrived in a seemingly undamaged manufacturer’s box, one of the steps still sustained some damage as the steps are made from cast ALUMINUM and the manufacturer packages them in nothing more than plastic bags. I originally suspected that the first set of steps were previously used, but it’s now obvious that the manufacturer applies no protective packaging to this product to prevent damage during handling/shipping...the steps are simply stuffed into plastic bags, loosely boxed, and then shipped as is.These steps will undoubtedly incur some damage from normal use over time, but it’s never a pleasant experience to pay the higher price tag for a “better quality” item and receive a damaged unit.
