In the detailed description it says package of 6 lids. It's a lid, 1 lid.They do not fit metal pans.They don't fit the plastic pans.Who makes this crap? As a catering professional, this is not doing the job I need it to do. There is no seal to this piece of plastic.

Forms a nice fit and finish for my clear half size deep pan. I found this was a better and allowable fit if! One uses any qt mason jars in deep pan, as the various options for cooking or storing for a meal.Sous vide was my need and the clear lids handle was great for other normal usage yet in this particular the blue lids worked spot on with a sous vide machine through a top made corner hole; all sitting in my steam pan mobile cooler.

This system is great to keep food organized and to take food from the kitchen to the flat top, or BBQ grill. Great to store food in the refrigerator, or set out as a salad bar for guests. Fast delivery, well packaged.

Pick a dark blue lid, any size - They ALL have the same problem. The older lighter blue lids would seal well and stood up to any kitchen or catering operation. The dark blue lids will seal until you bring it out of refrigeration. They warp and are unusable until they reach normal room temperatures. Remember, these are for storing everything including condiments which are pulled in and out of refrigeration all day long. You must use a fresh room temperature lid to reseal the pans.
