My cutter is over 15 yrs old. I was resigned to tossing it and buying a new one when I came across these replacement blades. I’m glad the maker hasn’t changed the design of their blades and it still fit my old cutter perfectly!

Product is as described-- a little pricey as the blades get dull soon after putting them to use and leave a fuzzy cut edge as opposed to a smoothly cut edge. Not bad for an inexpensive paper cutter. Don't expect to get fine results with heavy or frequent use. At best, they serve for cutting 1-2 pieces of light paper stock at a time.

Super easy to remove old/install new blade, even without instructions. Put a new blade in and my cutter works like new. Happy with this purchase and the price.

I bought this paper trimmer at a second-hand store and was able to find a package of replacement blades on Amazon. They were a great price, arrived quickly and were very easy to install. It's nice to have sharp new blades.

I got my Carl Personal Paper Trimmer back in 1972 at BYU Bookstore when i was a junior in college. I thought at the time that it was the best invention since sliced bread. Now, about 30 sharpening blades (some people call them click blades) later, & after thousands of art scrap book pages and photograhy crafts (some 45 YEARS!!!), my Carl paper trimmer is still trimming just as well as ever, & I'm still able to get my replacement blades: 4/for about $5! Such a deal!
