Comfortable to wear at home and while sleeping. Not made to be able to wear inside a shoe. I did have to put a doubled strip of fleece fabric on the side of my bunion for extra padding. Extra padding is necessary as it does put too much pressure on the bunion in order to realign the great toe. I wish the company realized this and designed this product with proper padding in an area that is extremely sensitive. But, I have figured out my own design to make this brace perfect and you can too.

I don’t know who this helps ?Over 40 years ago I had my bunions removed, but my big toe has pulled back under the toe next to it. I was hoping that this might help pull it a little bit straighter but it did nothing.Zero help. Maybe I need to buy the one that cranks the toe sideways to straighten it out.I don’t understand how this is suppose to help in any way. Not much different than say putting on a sock. I was very disappointed.

I have used bunion supports before and they have felt like torture devices. These were recommended (insisted upon) by my podiatrist. I put them on at bedtime and have actually been able to sleep with them on. They are easy to put on and are very adjustable.

I have very flat wide feet. And I’m not always able to find work shoes that can accommodate my foot with a spacious toebox so my feet were in lots of pain and I noticed that my big toe started to point inward and I had to put a stop to that immediately. These are super easy to put on and if you fit it just right to your foot it’s like they’re not even there. I put a pair of socks on over them and I put my shoes on and I’m able to work pretty much almost pain-free. I’m even able to sleep with them on and I normally can’t sleep when things are on my feet. That’s how comfy they are.. if for some reason I ever needed to buy a second pair of these, I would.

Toe spacers do keep your toes apart and straighten out the big toe, but the downside is they push the second toe into an unnatural position. This little device is perfect. It straightens the big toe without putting unnecessary pressure on the other toes.At first, it was very uncomfortable because it was doing its job but after a few nights of wearing them the stress of moving the big toe into position just went away and now I don't even notice I'm wearing them. This product is best for wearing around the house and especially at night.The pain I was having in my left foot has dramatically decreased in the last couple of weeks. I was hoping for some improvement, but this is a much better result than I was hoping for.Putting it on for the first time is a trial, but once you've done it a couple of times it becomes easy. Highly, highly recommended to relieve pain and slow the progress of a pretty serious bunion. This isn't really suitable for wearing with shoes, the splint on the side of the foot adds too much width, but for sleeping and lounging around the house these are perfect.So glad I found these. If you have a bunion, this should really improve the quality of your life. It has mine.
