While I have personally yet to use the item. I bought one for myself and one for my brother. He's told me it's been extremely helpful for helping with relieving pain.

I previously reviewed this item, giving it only 2 stars, but after having used it for a bit longer I find that it works better than the other similar bunion splints that I've used. The velcro on these things always seems to slip, so I wish they'd come up with something to prevent that (maybe a rubberized lining under the velcro strap?), but at least this particular one comes with extra straps, so when the velcro starts wearing, you can change them out. And the dial to tighten works great.

After completely destroying other correcting bunion braces (very low stitches quality) THIS ONE is what I was looking for. The mechanism works very well. The whole thing is top notch quality and super confortable (even if it hurts to straight up the big toe). You want to work on that bunion, this is the brave for you!! This corrector is very customizable, allowing you to adjust it to your comfort. It can be used on either foot and includes additional accessories like extra straps and toe separators. Now while good for temporary relief, its bulky design makes it uncomfortable for walking or wearing with shoes. The setup process can also be annoying, as it needs frequent readjustments to keep a proper fit. Still, it's not a bad thing to have.

Had to buy for my gf and within a few days she could notice a considerable difference. Her pain began to subside and she felt well enogh to return to her active lifestyle. Visually you can notice the change too. The instructions could be a Lil more detailed but eventually we got it right. 👌

This USSI Bunion Corrector for Women & Men,Toe Straightener for Bunion and Big Toe Pain device just didn't work for me. It wouldn't fit around my big toe. The strap kept coming loose and the whole system would come apart. Can't believe they couldn't have made that strap just a bit bigger.

This product seems to really relieve the pain in my foot. I've been wearing it to bed at night and have noticed a big difference during the day in just a few days.I don't find it at all uncomfortable. If you have one that is painful I suggest you loosen the tension at first and then gradually tighten it as your foot improves.

I started having foot pain by week’s end and determined that it was likely due to a bunion forming. After using this at night, it has helped tremendously—no pain. Easy to adjust and comfortable right off. It is odd walking for nighttime toilet runs, however. Definitely worth the money though.
