I've owned a lot of these over the years. This one does not have a very strong magnet. Which means there is a lot of stopping and starting.

Magnet is weak pops off easily. I guess that’s why it floats.

This magnet is strong just as expected. I really appreciate the different algae scrubbing options on theagnet, with a course side for stubborn algae.Within 3 swipes, my glass was crystal clear. Would absolutely buy again.

I have a 29g. Maybe about 5 months old. I knew I would eventually have to get one of these about a month in and decided to go with this one.I really like the rough bristles. They clean the thin slime off the glass and do not scratch it. The inside side has the rough bristles, the side that slides on the outside is very soft and velvety-like.Other pros of this magnet cleaner are the stylish aesthetics. It has a sleek matte textured finish to it.If it wasn't for the instructions recommending to not leave it in the aquarium I would leave it in there. It looks that good.It is a good size for a 29g as I mentioned previously. I can clean the glass in like 5 mins top, if even that.Highly recommend and if I get more aquariums in the future I will probably purchase another one of these again.

Why did nobody tell me these existed???? After looking at gunk on my tank for months I finally found a solution. This tool is freaking awesome! Every tank owner needs one imo.Great value for $, so easy.

With the reviews, I expected it to be as good as the other one I had previously. It’s tiny, my fault because I should’ve read the description. But the man is so weak, you have to clean nice and slow or else it falls off. Not only that, but because the magnet is weak, it doesn’t scrub very hard so it takes forever to clean the glass. Wish I could return it, but I already used it. Don’t waste your money.
