These are loosely woven but thick mesh bags used as carboy carriers. The bags are very good and do hold my bottles when filled with water. The bottles in my picture are three 2.5 gallon stubby glass bottles and one 1 gallon glass bottle. The handles are comfortable to hold. The price is good too! However, they truly only hold either a one gallon bottle, or a 2.5-3 gallon stubby bottle. My bottles are all glass so these bags also help to protect them besides being able to carry them. So if purchased for the correct size bottles the fit will be good.

We bought this for a 6 gallon carboy. It barely comes half way up the bottle.

I bought this for a 6 gallon car boy and it doesn't go halfway up the sides. Making it more difficult to use than just lifting the bottle.

It will stretch a tiny bit after it's been used, but not nearly enough to reach the specified size. I have a 3gal jug, and I would say it's the absolute maximum size that this will fit. My fingers scrape the lid while I'm carrying it.

One of the problems with handling glass carboys is the lack of protective cushioning, particularly during transport and placing on concrete floors.This product solves that problem…As shown in the image, using with a 3-gal carboy, zip-ties and regular neck handle, the fit and portability is perfect!Also, the netting’s double handles are available for two-handed lifting into car trunk or onto table - a great bonus!

I bought this to carry a carboy. The pictures show the handles going well over a few inches over the top of the bottle. When I put the carrier on my carboy the handles come up to barely the top shoulder of the bottle. This thing may make carrying the carboy very awkward. I just got it and I'm thinking of returning this thing.

The picture does not match reality. Bought this to make carrying a 6.5 gallon carboy easier. This made it more awkward. Not useful.
