These work really good. They great to have on hand. Cut probably better than any I've ever tried

Saw a review on YouTube on these, otherwise I would have assumed they were junk at this price. I was buying another brand that are about half the cost of this set for an individual piece. But honestly I think I will only buy these from now on. Did some cutting on some harder steel, and they didn't seem to wear instantly like I thought they would have. They are actually still sharp.

Just received product, so haven’t used yet, but it arrived very promptly. In appearance, the round burrs do not have visible “copper” brazing to the stems, so maybe it is silver? But, the listing is inaccurate, the ends of the cylinder burrs are not “end cutting”, they are smooth and flat. The listing images seem to show this, but the text differs. It will not make a difference for what I’m using them for, but heads up if you need end cutting capability.

I have used them carbide pits on all steel and works just fine for every surface. I love them. Been using mine for years now. Still like new. Strong stuff. I think every maintenance should have these tools.

I can't tell you how much time I wasted with regular carbide drill bits trying to drill out a broken lug nut/wheel stud. I could not get a socket on the nut. I had no other choice. I almost gave up trying to dremel or drill out the old nut. I thought I'd give this Carbide Burr Set a try. Oh man, am I glad I did. I chucked these in my drill and went to town on the broken lug nut/wheel stud. I could see the metal chips coming off, unlike the carbide drill bits that I was using, which seemed to be just spinning. Use this and chip away at the nut, you'll eventually get down to the wheel stud enough that you can pull the tire/wheel off. You won't be disappointed. Would buy these again.

The customer reviews for this product run high. This is one of the reasons I ordered these Burrs. But I think I just ended up with a bad batch. I used the Cylinder with cut end (SA-5) for the first time yesterday. The Carbide tip was not welded properly to the 1/4" shank (no fault of the company selling it). As soon as I went to use it, the Burr tip busted off. But, returns are so easy ... can't complain there at all. I'll still give it a 4 star for the great service and free return! Thank you!

These bits cut very nice, the only draw back is there a little corser than you'd like so on some materials you need to start at a higher speed than you'd like and use much less pressure, but other than that very happy with them

Seriously, these things work GREAT. You attach them to a drill and it becomes a little grinder. For example: My idiot homebuilder left a nail tip poking through a stair tread. It was jusssssst the tip, not a real hazard, probably not gonna get tetanus, but I could feel it in my bare feet every day. I read all kinds of discussions which basically said "suck it up, kid, you're gonna have to get back there and pull the nail or I GUESS you could do some horrible thing with a drill bit or rotary tool". I can't get back there.Enter the carbide burr, specifically THIS carbide burr set. Toss one on the drill, sit down there, give that little pokey nailpoint turtle head a long stern look, get yourself good and stable, spin it up and bring it down. In no time at all I'd worked the head down to just a wee hair below the wood surface, using the pointiest burr -- far enough below that you can't feel a thing, but not so far there's a hole that needs filling. You'd never know there was a problem. And the burr was like "I'm sorry, was there some nail steel there? I didn't feel anything. Look, I'm good as new ✨ not even a scratch".So if you've got a spot of metal (or anything else really) in your life that you'd rather not have, take it to burr-town and turn it into filings.

I was skeptical at first due to the price as good bits like this are typically expensive. I have a couple I got from the tool truck at work which were about $40 each and these bits hold up just as well as my more expensive ones.

These seem to be nice sharp carbide burrs but some of them aren't perfectly straight and true which makes for vibration and poor cutting. Luckily the two I used the most were perfect and worked great! I did a lot of grinding on cast iron and they both held up quite well after hours of continuous use! Really too bad some burrs aren't true or I would have rated them 5 star.
