It started with the muffin pan...and then the frying pan....and then the roasting pan and now this wonderful baking sheet. The non stick surface is amazing as whatever I'm baking easily slides off. Cleaning is super easy too. Having handles on this baking sheet is a bonus! Thank you Caraway for this beautiful product line.

These ceramic trays have all the advantages of non-stick, without any of the chemical issues. They are easy to clean and I am thinking they are much more durable than non-stick. Still need to be careful and use soft brushes but things clean up with no problem at all. Definitely recommend.

This is my first Caraway pan and it won't be my last. This pan is not only gorgeous, but is incredibly well made, sturdy, and easy to use. I have baked cookies, fish, and more on this pan and everything turns out perfectly cooked and evenly baked. I absolutely love this item and cannot recommend it enough. It's a bit pricey, but worth it.

We are so happy with Caraway ceramic coated baking sheets! We chose because of corn about “nonstick” coating flaking off on our old sheets. These are amazingly heavy and will be much sturdier than what we’ve used before. They wash beautifully and the ceramic coating releases baked goods beautifully. Highly recommend.

This is a great baking sheet. Large size and wonderful nonstick surface. i have been using it for roasting veggies and cleanup is so easy.

This was a well made product. I had not ever tried using a ceramic pan and I found it just isn't for me. They claim you can put them in the dishwasher, but if you want it to stay nice you need to hand wash it. I just didn't care for how careful you really need to be to keep it pristine. It cooked alright, but it wasn't any better than any other pan I had. The biggest difference was the non stick and easy to clean surface.

I happen to have a complete set of Caraway ceramic cookware. I purchased this for my brother and his wife for Christmas and they really loved it. This cookware is heavy weight, sturdy, beautiful colors and nothing sticks to it. I love every single piece of mine. I am sure this sheet would be great for baking cooking, rolls or just about anything alone those lines. My brother uses his for cooking bacon in the oven, he puts a wire rack on it and puts the bacon on top and it cooks to perfection, then you have nothing to do but pour out the grease and wipe the pan then store. I would recommend Caraway Cookware or any kind to anyone, will be the last you ever buy.
