These carabiners are essentially identical to the ones that came with my cable machine, except for the black color (looks much cooler than silver). I'm happy to have extras, inasmuch as it saves some swapping.You need to pay attention to your fingers when snapping them on, since the mating ends of the hook and latch are not at all rounded, and this makes some sharp corners on the metal (not blade sharp, just skin catching).Not perfect, but useful.

These are definitely not your department store carabiners. These are very durable and strong. They hold a good amount of weight and I like how descrete they are being dark colored. And for what they are listed it's a good value. Would recommend.

Nice carabiners, good paint job, very familiar design, nobody trying to reinvent the wheel. I ordered these planning on having some extra carabiners to use with my workout cable system, but these aren't as heavy duty as I was hoping. I'm comfortable using these with lighter weights, but I haven't really stress tested these yet. These are great for things like keychains, or creating lanyards for tools and such. The little notch that is cut into the metal is super sharp though, so watch your fingers.For some reason these were packaged in so much plastic! Two carabiners were placed in a resealable plastic bag, then several of those bags were all placed in another resealable plastic bag, then that bag was placed in another bag... why?As a medium duty carabiner, these are pretty great, and I don't see them breaking easily. Paint is good quality, and build is very sturdy. Great carabiners, highly recommend!

These are good quality carabiners that are useful for most applications where personal safety is not a concern. I would use better quality carabiners for rock climbing, but these are great for what most of us use carabiners for such as hanging stuff, connecting things, and the like where failure will not result in personal injury or worse. These latch nicely, have good spring pressure, and are great looking. What more can you ask for from low cost carabiners.

They also have a matte black finish so they can be utilized for hunting or tactical operations. These carabiners are on the small side: 2.75 inches long with a wire diameter just over a quarter-inch, weighing 41g or 1.45oz (my measurement) and having a load capacity of 200 lbs. They are suitable for many hanging and connecting applications around the home, shop, garage, campsite and the like, so long as the 200lb load capacity is not exceeded. Realistically, though, they are perfect for most non-critical applications. They have a smooth satin black finish that seems very durable and there are no exposed sharp edges, although one end of the pivot pin could cause a scratch if the carabiner were jerked exactly the wrong way. The gate opens smoothly and closes positively under just the right amount of spring force. They are definitely worth a look if you are seeking black carabiners rather than the normal galvanized ones.

I’m using these clips to attach weighted bags to a sideline tent instead of needing to tie them on each time. These are replacing some expensive climbing carabiners that I had previously been using.I’m also using these to hold up my lawn mower bagger attachment in the shed. It’s about 100 lbs and I lift it off with a chain hoist. These clips make it easier for me to attach the hoist to the bagger and store it when not in use.The clips snap closed nicely and open fully to allow them to attach to the ropes/holes that I needed them to. They seem very strong and I have no doubt that they will work for what I need.

I love the convenience of carabiners and wanted to give these heavy-duty clips a try. The 10-pack arrives vacuum-sealed (photo). The carabiners themselves feel strong for their 2.75” size. The clip springs are firm and work smoothly. The black finish is appealing, yet discrete. I wanted to give an honest test of their strength. I didn’t have 200 lbs. to test with, but I did have 50 lbs. (two 25 lbs. bags of flour and rice). I assumed the clip would “stretch” a bit, making it hard to open the clip, but I’m happy to report that under 50 lbs. dead weight (photo), the clip still opened without any binding! They are clearly strong and would be perfectly appropriate for your demanding activities.
