This product was great… while it worked. Purchased 4 months ago and now the ‘7’ key is stuck and the lockbox is stuck in the locked position. I’ve tried multiple troubleshooting attempts, but this lockbox is now essentially useless

I was trying to change the code with the tool that they gave me for like 10 minutes before I gave up and I’m gonna go buy the ones. I usually buy that are 40 bucks. It’s worth it.Changing the code. Should not be that hard.

Having the safety lock box has been great. Easy to install and use. It gives me peace of mind that I can leave my car for others to use knowing the lock is quality built against being tampered with.
