My multi-use nozzle broke first time I used it and I can't figure out how to get a replacement. The batteries take a long time to charge but they did charge. It is pretty easy to figure out. A little bit of a challenge getting everything back in the briefcase. I'm hoping the briefcase doesn't break because I don't want to have to store the thing in a bag. I just got it, so not sure if I will return.
