Awesome little vacuum, good power, quiet, and easy to empty and clean. The 3 attachments stay in place, we had a different one where the beater brush would slide out while on use. This one clips in place, will not come come off accidentally. Very happy with it.

I guess I have horrible luck with vacuums. I bought this hand-held pet vacuum because I have two dogs who shed, and I want to keep my couches somewhat presentable. In the 3 months I've had this product I've only used it on my couches about a dozen times. Why not more? Because it doesn't charge well, and when it is charged up, it can't hold the charge for long periods. Certainly not long enough to clean two couches.What's going on with the quality of vacuums today? I recall being fresh out of college in the mid '90s and buying my first hand-held Dirt Devil from Target for $20.00. It lasted 15 years! And I had two cats that I was cleaning up lots of fur from.I guess I'll look for another brand, but I have to say that the quality of "pet vacuums" seems to suck ----- and not in a good way, unfortunately.I want my old Dirt Devil back!

The Bissell Pet Hair Eraser Cordless Vac works great when it is new. But the battery charger lasts less than 2 years. I asked Bissell to only replace the charger, but they said I'd have to get a whole new vac. They don't replace the parts. So, every 2 years I am spending money to buy a replacement because so far, I've not found a better hand held vac.

Got it in charged it for the amount of hours and it picked up all the cat hair on the couch’s (short haired cat) suction was great no issues so far (crossing fingers and toes nothing breaks knock on wood as well) all and all very helpful

It worked great... but only lasted nine months. Stopped charging and running.When it worked it was nice. Easy interchangeable parts. Easy to empty.Used it everyday.

I own two of these and will get another soon. The last one I purchased in 2021 is just now slowing down and not holding a charge very long. I have two cats, one long hair and one short hair. This little vac easily cleans my upholstery and spot cleans around the litter boxes. I mostly use the rotating brush accessory.I buy the filters and clean them after each use. I can get months of use out of each one.I give this little vac a 5-star rating for durability and cost of use. It costs me less than $20 per year to use.

I love my hand held vacuum cleaner, having 2 dogs + 2 kittens I use mine up to 3 times a day.We have had ours for awhile now and still does a great job.Couldn’t be without it.

This product is absolutely brilliant and perfect for pet owners. It works seamlessly on our couches, beds and in corners. Good thing is that the voltage range of this device is from 110v to 220v with appropriate frequency so it works and charges perfectly in India. A great product, with quality build. Must buy for pet owners . My golden retriever sheds a lot so it is bliss. I don't have to waste money on lint removers etc.

I made the mistake of previously purchasing the insanely expensive Dyson handheld... which promptly died in a few months, was replaced, died again and then fell out of warranty. The reason I went with the Dyson originally was that having a powered rotating brush was important to me as the air rotated brushes are generally useless. I also wanted something light, cordless and easy to use. I wish I'd found this little vac first.For me a little vac like this is for cleaning up quick messes, cleaning my stairs, and vacuuming my furniture. This vac does all that, easily, on a single charge. It's powerful and lasts a long while - I haven't timed it but I think 20 or so minutes with the brush in use. My only complaint is that I wish it had a removable battery. The battery is built in, which means when the battery dies (which it will in a couple years) the vac becomes useless. Luckily, it's cheap enough that I won't mind having to replace it considering it's 1/4 of the price of the next best option.I've seen a few bad reviews concerning the battery going dead immediately on first use. This is just chance... a certain amount of batteries will have issues; this goes for anything you buy with a battery. If it works it will continue to work. If it goes bad immediately, that's just how it goes and you can exchange it. Don't judge things based on that battery criteria... Also keep in mind like any other battery you should not keep it plugged in all the time.
