It does lag a little and sometimes doesn’t connect with your phone right away. The back up camera is clear when it works, but sometimes it says no signal or kinda looks like it glitches. I mainly use it just to pair my phone and play my music and it works pretty good for that.

So far so good! It’s perfect for the money. Sounds good and was easy to install. It might take 30 sec. to connect to your phone when starting up the car but no problematic delay as other have said. It could fit a little more snug but it’s really fine and I could put a rubber gasket to block some light at night from behind the panel. It’s barely noticeable. Didn’t install the backup cam but will do that in a few days. Way better than the stock radio!! Customer sevi e was fast to respond when I had a question.(The 8 pin clip is not necessary or included. You can see in the back it’s not there and isn’t supposed to come with it.)

Easy and straightforward to install. Very difficult to link to phones/devices and won't stay linked if you're lucky enough to connect at all. This one is going back. Don't waste your time on this, it's typical Chinese quality.

Ignore the install instructions and watch a YouTube video. That’s what I did and was able to install this new radio in about 2 hours with zero experience. It makes my son’s 2005 Civic look so much newer and as a bonus the sound is SO much better! It sounds like the speakers were upgraded too even though they weren’t.He’s super happy now that he has CarPlay and I’m happy to have a nice digital radio when I drive his car. Best hundred dollar upgrade yet!

This was a super easy install with minimal tool usage. After I installed mine I recommended to friends and helped them install theirs in less than an hour. Best car upgrade for my older model civic

The fit is perfect, one of the easiest radios I’ve ever put in, Bluetooth is a little wonky but works, I will say the radio experiences a lot of lag here and there but nothing awful.

Pretty disappointed.This is the second unit I tried because I had to return the first one due to fitment issues, and both did not fit my car precisely like other reviewers have. I have other issues too. I’m going to list my grievances in bullet form:Install:- The AC buttons had to be screwed in with one screw instead of two, otherwise they would stay permanently pressed in if you went to use the buttons.- The trim will not fit in tight like it should, and I had to use a hot glue gun to try and assist, which marginally helped.Functionality:- The two units I tried have different programming, so it’s not the same exact product every time, which is frustrating.- My IPhone takes minutes to connect to the unit when I plug it in, which is awful. I should be able to plug in my phone and have it instantly mirror to the unit.- The playback on YouTube has a 6 second delay, so the video will play for 6 seconds and then the sound will kick in. Even when you unplug your phone entirely, the video will keep playing for 6 seconds.- Music on Spotify has a 2 second play delay.This thing works, and it cleans up my car nicely in general. I use it in my beater commuter for work, so it’s a nice cheap fix. But, I had one before in another car and it was light years better as far as fit and quality goes. So, I'm gonna give it 3 stars. It’s frustrating, but again, it works.
