This is the second device that I have purchased. After I put the first one on my truck I had to get another one for my car. Works exactly as described and super easy to install. Now when I don’t drive my car or truck for weeks, both crank right up without me having to go under the hood and do a manual boost.

There should be a manual off. If the battery is above 13.7 you can not turn the switch off. If you put it in sway and wait for 3 minutes without vibration or the car stops it will not turn off.

So my son's car was having a dead battery every next morning and we could not figure out why. I replaced the battery since it was under warranty and the battery would still die. I went to a car electrician and they wanted an arm and a leg, and to keep the car for few days so they could see the failure and try to figure out where the battery drain was coming from. That was not an option.Read online that there is such a switch and figured let us try that and see what happens. The instructions were easy to follow but the text was really small for me. In my case it took about 30 minutes because the area to work on was really tight. But is was fairly easy to follow. And voila the battery stopped dying and it worked perfectly. This was done in colder weather, and since then we have not had a dead battery in the morning. Highly recommend if one is having parasitic draw on their battery. The tools came with it too which makes it easy for some who do not have the tools to install it. Highly recommend.

The app I downloaded was not in English. I contacted the vendor and they asked me to wait while they upgraded the app. Plus they issued a partial credit. Other than that, the hardware seems excellent and does work. Although I have to wait til I have used it for a few months to know further. The mobile app could be better but I shopped and shopped and there really isn't anything else to compare. So I do appreciate this product very much. Plus the vendor was fast to respond and very earnest to resolve the issues. Thanks!

06 Silverado has a electrical problem somewhere that drains the battery after a day or two of not driving. I installed this to keep enough voltage in the battery to crank it over on the days I need it. Summer, winter it doesn't matter. I can leave the truck sit for a month and when I need it, the old girl fires right up. I will buy again if I run into this issue again. fantastic product. No need to call their service number, easy install and easy to use.

The quality of the device is spectacular. Heads above the competition, really easy to install, nice flexible conductors. The instructions are okay, but not really needed.No address listed for the App. Fortunately there is only one Android RIEIEK app in the Play store.It is completely useless. No instructions for pairing, and most widgets or buttons are just images.I paid extra for the Phone functionality. I think the phone app "functionality" is just theft.These are questions RIEIEK should answer:Is the iPhone app better?Will there be updates to the Android app?Keep in mind, The quality of rest of the device makes up for this.
