This kit has nearly everything we need for a roadside tire change and seems to hold up so far. We got those pucks for protecting the underside of our tesla and threw those in the bag. The best part is the ratchet. So easy to use! It is all compact and quality constructed. A great value for preparing. A no brainer.

This scissor jack and its accessories were carefully thought out. The jack has a ratcheting handle, so you don’t have to remove it with each ½ turn. Lubricate the threads on the jack before storing it to make it easier to use when needed. You may want to carry a piece of wood to put the jack on if you get stuck (or get a flat) in soft earth. Tire shops often tighten the lug nuts much tighter than they need to be when they use an air-driven impact wrench, making it difficult to remove the lug nuts. This little kit has an extender on the lug nut wrench, considerably improving your leverage and allowing you to loosen very tight lug nuts. I compared the reading of the tire pressure gauge at 34 PSI with an electronic gauge, and it matched up perfectly. It comes with 4 different size sockets for the lug nut wrench, which should fit nearly every car (it includes ¾” and 13/16”, which are the only lug nut sizes I have run into in the past 50 years on domestic and foreign cars). Don’t forget to put the car in park (or in gear if it is a manual transmission) and set the parking brake before jacking up the car. Purchase a wheel chock to put under the opposite corner wheel to prevent the car from rolling (or use a piece of 2x4 or a big rock) when jacking it up. This is an excellent kit for a reasonable price.

For newer midsize vehicles that don’t come with spare jacks.Too bad it doesn’t include the 22mm socket that I need.

KROAK scissor car jack set is great to have when you really need it. This comes with everything you need to change your tire when you get a flat. I used this to replace an old and retired jack that came with my 2004. The handle used to crank up the jack so much smoother than my other jack. The set has a racket with two different sized socket to ensure you have the right size when you need it. This makes it so much easier than the old cross bar or crow bar type tool to take the nuts off. Also included in the kit is tire pressure gauge to keep your tire at a safe air pressure at all time. The added work gloves with palms grips were nice to keep your hands clean and keep the tools from slipping out of your hands. I used this week I got it to teach someone how to change a tire and I could not believe the big difference this was from using my old jack. It was easy up and the racket tool made it easy to get the lug nuts off and back on tight when finished. I know this may sound strange, but the thing I like the best it the case that the kit comes in. Gone are the day of having to empty my whole trunk if someone just needs one tool for changing a tire. The bag is easy to store the items in and easy to pull out when you need it. If you are in the market for a new jack, this kit is a great value and good quality item for you.

Just for starters, I would not use this on a full size car, a midsize car and down. It's not going to work on a truck, it just doesn't go up tall enough. The lowest it will go is 3 and 1/2 in, and the highest it will go is about 15 in, but is pretty sketchy when it's up that high. The material of the jack could be a little thicker in my opinion, it's like just enough material for it to do the job. It comes with the ratcheting wrench that is reversible in order for you to lift the jack and to lower it. It also comes with a couple sockets that are double-sided, one socket is 17 mm and 19 mm, the other socket is 21 mm and 23 mm. It comes with a bar that will extend out, but does not lock. The collapse length is 12 in, the extended length. I don't plan on using it, I keep a long ratchet with the appropriate socket in the trunk, it just makes things easier. You also get a tire gauge, I don't trust that at all. And it does come with a pair of gloves that are not going to fit someone with large hands. My hand is about 4 in across at the knuckles, and needs gloves just fit. And it also comes in a bag, keeps everything in one place. So if you've recently picked up a new vehicle, or need a replacement jack, as long as you're driving a mid-sized car or smaller I could recommend it. It's not the best, but it does do The job.
