Broke quickly, not for play use

Bought for a pirate costume for my nephew, and it was perfect. It was heavy enough that it didn't feel cheap, but not too heavy that he would complain about carrying it around. It was dropped a few times and did not break; it survived all the trunk or treat events and walking around the neighborhood. This would also be a great prop for an adult costume; it did not look childish or cheap.

I don't think it's incredibly clear and accurate to look through but for a kids toy it's cute and has a nice weight to it. In fact it is pretty heavy so I would caution against giving it to younger kids who might throw it. It slides open and closed nicely. It's a good value for the price and is just what I was hoping for.

This telescope looks great has a good weight to it and is well made. But it is very small. We got it for a prop for a play and I laughed so much when I opened it. I could not believe it was only 3 inches long when closed and 6 inches open. It does actually magnify well. And is very cute. But not a large as expected.

We’re using this in our movie The Pony Espresso for spotting a UFO. We chose this as an inexpensive means to incorporate a spyglass into a scene. Sometimes it’s stubborn when extending the sections and the magnification is minimal at best. It looks great and we will probably use it in our version of Mysterious Island.

My 2.5 year old great granddaughter was thrilled. It actually works and is excellent quality. It has withstood many hours of very active play with no issues. Highly recommended
