I rarely write reviews but this is not a safe rack at all, design is horrible, no braces to stop it from shaking. It shook so bad side to side all the plates flew off and it’s secured to the ground. I’m going to have to modify it and add braces somehow. 100% do not recommend purchasing until they fix the design.

Great pull up bar and rack! And also super easy setup, especially with no background in any handy work i didnt have a hard time putting it together. although you will need a socket wrench or wrench. The barbell length required for this rack is 72 inches the specific one i used was a cap branded one inch.

Honestly, the assembly took quite a while, but it was totally worth it. I’d recommend having a second person to help...since I didn’t have anyone, I did it solo. I’m really impressed with the quality for the price. It has everything you’d want in a basic power rack. I also love the weight and barbell organization. The attachments in the back help maintain stability during suspension training and pull-ups. Overall, I’d give it 5 stars and definitely recommend it!

sturdy, larger than I expected, well made. Took me 2.5 hrs to assemble by myself. Highly recommend it.

Use it for hanging sit ups (185 lb bodyweight+ 40 lb weighted vest) using the inversion boots which probably adds 5-7 more lbs so about 230 lbs total, without issue in my smaller apartment. Use it for pull ups when I don’t go to gym. Also attached pull up rings to do dips. Slight movement in upper half on sit ups, a little creaky, but overall it’s sturdy. 1 hr set up. I think it’s a Great value.

Peso 80kg y mido 1,75.

I'm 6'3 230lb and bought this to do pull ups and act as an anchor point for workouts using resistance bands. It is excellent and very sturdy. I do have to pull my legs up to do pull ups since I'm so tall, but I'm able to keep it in my apartment easily. Highly recommend for a cheap, effective and easy to assemble pull up rack. I've anchored mine using 45lb plates for banded workouts but it's not 100% necessary.

This has proven to be a very flexible machine, especially when combining with a weight bench and bands that can be connected to various points. It makes for a nice addition to a home gym. It eliminates the need for the various machines I used at the gym (which was closed for a long time). Assembly was fairly easy, especially with a ratchet and wrench. I did view one video to see how best to assemble. It's also a fairly stable platform for different exercises and pullups. The one drawback was that I couldn't buy aftermarket dip bars as the holes in the frame were 5/8", whereas the dip bars required a 1" hole. The diameter of the pull up bar was about 1.4" - easy to grip.
