The print resolution is pretty good. The speed of operation is typical of an inkjet printer. The actual printing process is adequate. There is no USB B cable included (square-end connector usually provided with hardware - not the A or C type ). A image of this cable is shown in the ad, but does not confirm it is provided or excluded (strange). The vendor should make this clear in the ad.In the COMPARE section at the bottom of the webpage, it indicates only a USB connection (I assumed that to be true as I do not have Wi-Fi service), even though the major heading listed it as WIRELESS. It does have a wireless option (stays lit all the time) on the control panel, although I don't know if the wireless function actually works. There was no "waiting for Wi-Fi to connect" message that I was hoping to avoid. So I am happy with that.None of the paper or online documentation provided is for this MG3620 printer. The software CD disk included is so ancient your Windows computer will probably not read it. Get the onlline version to help although it is not for the MG3620 but you can probably figure it out if you have previous inkjet printer experience. Once installed it worked with my Windows 10 without a problem. All the configurations seem to work when I increased/decreased print strength, etc. Some of the options on the printer control panel I still have not figured out what they represent, for example, CL. It appears you can operate simple commands from the printer control panel like black ink only or color ink only, and paper size. It appears to have a "print envelopes" option which is handy (not verified) and an easy change cartridge process. The Canon ink comes in XL and XXL #240 & 241 available in most stores and online (about $60 for both), compatible about $45.

I have always been loyal to the most popular brand of printers, in many different models and types throughout the years of usage; until I have to buy my ink cartridges from that manufacturer in order for the printer to print. Manufacturer's Cheap trick ended with that printer being discarded. This printer is very basic, pretty slow and nothing fancy, although the controls are simple, easy to access on the top of printer body and has a front loading paper tray. The front loading tray does take up extra real-estate on the desk but is fast and easy to load so OK. Now that I am retired, printing of documents and copies are not so many, making this machine perfectly acceptable for my needs, plus no ordering factory print cartridges to make the machine print.

It didn’t come with the printer cable as stated, and it won’t connect to the internet.

Fast shipping. It took me a few tries to get it set up, as the printer was not showing up on my network. But I got it insalled and it works fine. I like it.
