I have purchased the Canon R50 as part of a bundle that included a camera bag, and I’m pleased with the product so far. The camera and initial items were delivered in perfect condition, just as advertised.What stood out to me was the customer service. I initially purchased the bundle at full price, but shortly after, I noticed a discount was applied to the same product. I reached out to customer support, and Belle & Rizza Mae were incredibly helpful. They assured me that I would be eligible for the discount even though I had already purchased the item a few days earlier.They informed me that one part of the bundle would be shipped separately and that the refund for the price difference would be processed soon. While I’m still waiting for the refund and the remaining item to arrive, I’m confident everything will be resolved as promised.
