You are unable to get any product support or help// complete waste of money. The ball doesnt stay inflated, and tried to return it but unable to contact or get a hold of anyone to do so.complete waste of money DO NOT PURCHASE - giving a one star only because you have to give at least one- would definitely be a zero

I was disappointed in the fact that the after a few days the ball lost all of its air. I found a small leak on a seam. I can’t get ahold of anyone for a replacement

This chair has been really good for use in my shop. I often set at my leather tooling bench for hours and this seat has been very helpful. I'm less sore when I get up than from my other conventional chairs. My only, very minor, complaint is the locking casters can be a hassle if moving around and they get bumped into the lock position.

I just received this yesterday (7/9/2020).It was easy to put together, no tools needed besides the tiny wrench and air filler they provided. When I aired up the ball it was too small, but I deflated by half and refilled like the instructions said and it's full size now. Soon as I sat in it I could tell it would help. (I have a desk job and sit long hours). Will update in a few months to tell y'all how it does.
