They Fit! I generally wear a medium, but these appear to run small. Somehow the XL fits really well. It does feel like a true 20-30 compression, works just like my other ones. For the price you can't go wrong. While they may not be a major name brand, they work as designed. They helped with the aches, I wore them consistently on my most recent flight to CA and had no issues. I also have washed them in the washer / dryer several times and they are holding up really well. Nice work!

I travel internationally for work. Almost every month, I find myself on a 12+ hour flight to some corner of the globe.After a friend of mine ended up in the hospital, I started getting really paranoid about blood clots, especially with all this sitting for 10+ hours on flights. A doctor actually recommended these compression socks for all my long flights. I went with the XL size, and I wear a size 13 shoe – not sure if that's even relevant, haha.I'd never used compression socks before, so they felt a little strange at first, but honestly, you get used to them super fast, and they feel great. They stay put and really "hug" your legs, in a good way. Not bothersome at all, which is a huge plus.I know a lot of athletes swear by these for recovery, but I'd highly recommend them to anyone taking long flights. Seriously, don't mess around with your health – nobody ever thinks blood clots will happen to them until they do.These are also pretty inexpensive compared to some others I've seen, but they work perfectly, are really well-made, and just do the job.

This product is designed to provide measured compression to the user’s calf area of the lower legs. The amount of compression is described on the Amazon page as “20-30mmHg compression.” This amount of compression is useful in the mitigation of those conditions that cause swelling of the lower legs and the associated secondary symptoms.I had been prescribed a pair of medical compression leg sleeves but they were the most uncomfortable devices invented by anyone since the Marquis de Sade. Therefore, I decided to try something different. This product I have found to be much more comfortable, much less itchy, and something that I can actually wear. Since this product does not cover my feet (where I had no issues), I do not have any problems there. The previously prescribed medical compression leg sleeves did me no good at all since if you do not use them, they cannot help. I think these will be much easier to wear and therefore, treat the underlying issue.The Amazon page for this product states, “100% Happiness Guarantee: Backed by a reliable 2-year warranty”. I suggest that the buyer of this product print a copy of the product’s Amazon page and their Amazon Invoice and retain it for their records, should future warranty claims need to be made. I have only had this product for a short time but I find the product easy to put on, easy to take off, easy to wear, and reasonably comfortable. Now I will have to see if they have the desired long-term effects. Thank you.

I’ve been having a lot of issues lately with my legs. One leg in particular. I have constant pain just above my ankle and along the side of my foot. I also have a problem with having my calf muscle ball up on me into a rock hard knot about the size of a golf ball. It literally wakes me up at night or takes me to my knees during the day and is unbearably painful. I wake up at night screaming it hurts so badly. These arrived today and I could not have been more anxious to put them on to see if they would help in anyway.My first impression upon taking these out of the packaging was, these are ridiculously small. There’s not a chance these are ever going to fit me. I was wrong. They stretch out to about twice their length and although they were tight and a little bit of a struggle to pull on, that was a good thing. I’ve had a pair of these compression sleeves for my legs before, and I threw them away because they were constantly sliding down and bunching up around my ankles. These didn’t move at all after a 14 hour day. When I got home at the end of the day, they were exactly as they were when I put them on this morning. Not only did they stay in place, I didn’t get a single knot in my calf muscle today and the pain above my ankle is a little bit better. It’s still there, but these certainly did help to reduce the pain a bit. As a bonus, they helped to keep me a little warmer today in these brutal cold Michigan winters.These were just delivered to me sometime between 4 AM and 7 AM today (isn’t Prime/Amazon absolutely awesome!!!!). Therefore, I’m only one day in with wearing these, but for my first day, I can say that they certainly exceeded my expectations by far and I am incredibly happy with them. I will continue to wear them and update all of you if there are any more improvements or if they let me down after day 1. So far, 2 thumbs up from me!
