Used these to run an ultra and they worked and looked great. I’m in no way an expert in compression technology or any technology for that matter but these are the right amount of squeeze and comfort for me.I have an older pair from another brand that is a tad thicker but since I don’t have an injury and just wanted some compression for longer distance running. Also had concerns about overtraining and didn’t want to get shin splints or worst and thought a sleeve could help. So these fit the bill for my particular needs. I’m 5’3 128 and athletically build. In clothes I’m a size small or extra small or pants size 0-2. I read a review to order up so that’s what I did. Ordered a medium and they fit great. I think a small would be uncomfortably tight. May all your runs be compressed:-)

I am a small person. I ordered Large and they were way too tight. I ended up giving to my friend who is only 5 feet 2 ( I am 5 feet) and she has very skinny calves. They fit her perfectly! I had a pair that was from my doctor from another company size PETITE LARGE and they fit fine. I assume your large that said would fit large calf ladies would have fit.

I have to wear compression socks but they can get very hot in the summer months. I almost tore a calf muscle a few years ago and my doctor suggested the compression sleeves. These are a great alternative to the socks because you can wear your sandals and your feet (and toes) can breathe. Will have to order a few more pair.

Clearly misleading advertising. Showing 4 styles all over the promotion but you only get one pair. Oh and they are extremely tight. I chose Xl, my calves measure 17.5" and these are hard to get on and off they're so tight.
