These grip almost too well. I have it holding my main sail lanyard and I have to turn one of the cleats to release instead of just popping the rope out.I’m not too keen on the look either. A little big and bulky

I bought these to tension my shade sails over the pool. Two of the 6 were sprung and had to be reassembled before I could use them. They seem to be doing the job in their stationary roles, but I don't expect them to hold up to the salt air based on the guts I saw on the exploded cleats.
