The item is leaking! The manufacturer has changedThe center cap which is causing the item to leak.Thankfully I had a couple tops I hadn’t disposed of.I changed the new bottles. The stick that fits into the cap isn’t large enough which causes the liquid to lleak out.They need to correct the inside tops.I will not buy them again if the tops are not corrected.

ve used this product for quite a few years and always have one for my two cats, just takes off any uneasiness. (wish they had one for us people)

We read on all the different pheromone diffusers and selected this brand. My kitty has severe separation anxiety. We adopted him from the local shelter at 1 year of age. The story is he had been fostered, but then given back to the shelter and placed with 2 angry female kitties. The first week in his new home we spent much of the time half under the bed hiding from the world with him :-)He has adapted very well to his knew home, but still gets so anxious and panicky every time a visitor comes. The Calming Cat Diffuser has certainly helped. We plug in a week before and family visits and our Kitty is much more relaxed - He may even make an appearance to see the family. Each vial lasts about 7-10 days, not the 30 days we expected. It is costly, but it does work. There is a light fragrance, but not overwhelming. Kitty Approved!

This has been a game-changer for my anxious cat, helping him stay more relaxed, especially during stressful situations like visitors or loud noises - we have NOISY toddlers. I noticed a difference in her behavior within a few days.

Ich bin vollkommen zufrieden, klar riecht man es etwas, erwischt nach Lavendel mit Minze aber nicht penetrant.Es tut was es soll, meine Katze ist super entspannt dadurch. Finde nur, dass es etwas schnell leer wird für den Preis.

Apparently unless i put a review up, i wont get a free refill. That's what it states on the card i received with this product. The product itself is pretty good. It helped calm my male cat down as hes VERY territorial and thinks he wears the pants around the house :) Thanks for a great product.

These work as claimed. It has calmed/corrected the behaviors we were hoping it would help with - cats fighting and peeing on our beds. BUT - the wick on these does not reach all the way to the bottom of the container and into the area where it can actually put off the scent. So, on the 2nd bottle I poured what was left from the first bottle into the top of the 2nd (which was just a thin ring at the bottom) and then I cut a portion of the wick off the 1st bottle and sunk it in the bottom of the new one. When I put it all back together the new wick was positioned on top of the sunken one and the 2nd bottle has been able to put off the scent for the entire contents of the bottle. This is a design flaw - they need to fix it. The wick is about 1/2-3/4 inch too short to use all of the product in the bottle. I used this in conjuntion with the Relaxivet Calming collars and Nature's Miracle Cat Calming Spray on surfaces I didn't want them peeing on.

The way this item is designed is what S&W should of used in the first place. I did learn an easier way to release the slide over time, but the Galloway Precision plate is so much easier and quicker. No more fingers slipping off or fingernails being ripped just to get the slide removed. The stock plate doesn't let fingers have good hold. This plate is slightly longer and having wider taper at bottom, gives a more natural finger hold for grip. When removing old plate, it's got a slot that a flat spring is riding in, to keep plate centered and under constant upward pressure, you will need to press down with a small object(I used a very small flat-tip screwdriver) and turn framework to it's side, the plate will slide out. Be careful of spring falling out also when releasing pressure. Slide new plate in from either side and once the spring contacts the plate on bottom you can then release spring and continue guiding plate to other slot and spring catches the center cutout slot of plate. You're done. Works like a champ and takes out the slight slop in the gun's frame-slot, that stock slide take down plate has. Everyone, needs one of these for ease of disassembly.
