We love this for walking our two Jack Russell Terriers. It is easy to use and set up and keeps them at the same pace. Very well made and will last many years. Size was perfect and we have ordered extras for our RV. Frees up your hands since you only need one leash. Well worth the purchase.

2 smaller dogs that get tangled in the leashes make walks a nightmare. This coupler ( though a bit aggressive for smaller dogs ) works wonders! No more switching hands around the back to keep the leashes in order. Walking the girls is much more enjoyable now. Coupler is well made with swivels at all connection points, there is embedded reflective material and the hardware is solid. This would be great for 80-100+ lb dogs. Itโs big for my2 but works well enough for me to not care.

When we had two Siberian Huskies (unfortunately one is no longer with us), this was the single best thing I had for walks. They wanted to walk together, but on separate leashes, we were always tied up in leashes. I suspected that it would just be more tangled leashes even with a coupler unless it had a swivel in it.The swivel the leash connects to on this one is absolutely the best feature. I'm glad I decided to go with this one and didn't even try one without as the dogs constantly ducked around(sometimes over) each other and switched sides frequently. We didn't get any tangled up Huskies or humans making for nice and easy walks on us all.The swivel connector is hefty and solid, with two sled dogs, you need something to hold up to pulling, and had plenty of room on it for a traffic leash to be attached as well as the walking leash (the traffic leash just hung on the coupler until needed like when we came across other people/dogs and when walking along the busy street). I never adjusted it, but I felt comfortable with the adjustment slides that they were sturdy (I had one of Huskies break a adjustment slides on another leash before. They have a lot of force when they want).Overall, I highly recommend. It eliminated the constant "Ana! Sit! Nikita! Stay!" That we were constantly having to try to get two happy Huskies to listen to while tangling us in leashes. Happy Huskies on walks don't really listen too well ๐

I searched to try and find something that was the right size, weight and length for my two 7lb dogs.It is very well made and does not tangle. I like that it can be as short as 12โ which keeps the dogs walking together on the sidewalk and not in front of other people who are using the sidewalk as well. It still gives them enough freedom. They looks so cute walking together and they enjoy being together as well. This is a quality product.

I have a Boerboel (130 lbs) and a Golden (65 lbs), the Boerboel is well trained and walks calmly, the Golden always tries to pull ahead. I started tying their leashes together and it was just too cumbersome. This coupler is just what I needed for walks! I also purchased a 20 inch leash to connect rather than have too much lead. (I make them walk to my side or behind and don't want a lot of slack). I keep each side at middle length rather than too far apart, and it doesn't matter about potty breaks because a walk for us is exercise, no smelling the roses or peeing on them. The steadiness of the Boerboel grounds the Golden so I don't have to struggle with correcting the Golden. This has made walks much better and now * I * am getting my exercise too because I'm not frustrated with trying to muscle the Golden. (he's young so I'll give him a little "slack")The connector ring is solid and the clips at the end are well made. The webbing on lead is thick and sturdy enough and when I adjust the length it stays in place with no problem with my dogs. After the first couple of times, the dogs got used to it and my 10 year old niece can walk them by herself.

This I ideal for large dogs, I feel like it's to heavy for my 30lb dog, the clasps are large, the o ring is large, it's just a bit heavier than I would want it for her. But she does OK, and even with my 70lb dog attached. Also - The photos do not show the extra strapping that hangs loose when you adjust the lengths of each one, I have about 4 inches left over -the pictures are deceiving!! I use rubber bands to keep the extra secured to the leash.I can;t remember what the other options like this were, but if its a couple more bucks to get one that has clips for the loose ends and maybe smaller hardware -do it! I dont have time to take a pic, sorry....

I purchased this item because I have three large dogs...60lbs, 75lbs, and 90lbs. Walking them is just the most pleasurable experience ever *eye roll*. I bought this figuring at least if I could get two of them on one least, I wouldn't feel so overwhelmed with leashes and getting tangled. This is a very sturdy leash coupler. I would say it is not for small breed dogs. This thing is solid and heavy. It's perfect for my big guys, you could even probably use it on medium breeds that might pull alot like pitties or medium terrier sized dogs, but its def. made for a larger dog. What I did is I adjusted the leads to have a longer one and a slightly shorter one (the longer one for my dog that walks well on a leash so he could have the outside spot) and the shorter one for my younger dog who is still a little hyper so he could be inside close to me learning heel. My thrid dog I just stuck him on a regular lead. If I only had the two dogs on the coupler, I would say this product worked great. The dogs didn't get tangled. They weren't pulling. And I felt like they had plenty of room to do their thing. With the third dog added ahead in the middle, things got a little messy every now and again during pee breaks, and poop stops. But all in all, it was much more pleasant then having each dog on a separate lead.
