The midstream collector features a moisture-resistant plastisol liner that minimizes chance of leakage, along with a built-in tab for easier handling and sanitary conditions. After using, it fits conveniently into a 24-hour specimen urine collection hat for toilet.
DURABLE CONSTRUCTION
Made using solid, white plastic to provide long-term strength and durability, this strainer is sturdy and won’t fall apart like paper cone strainers. The material can easily be rinsed after use, allowing one patient to reuse the urine hats for toilets over and over again.

Performs exactly as indicated (currently only being used by a male). Inexpensive product that does the job. Easy to use and to clean. Sturdy and the mesh seems to be holding up fine.

Had divide the strainer because the doctor's office has decided not to use these anymore to save money it is a good product

The hospital sent us home with one of these but we ordered more to have extra for all bathrooms & replacements. We are glad to have them.

Far better than the cheap filter I was given at the hospital. I think this will last longer than my kidney stone.The only issue so far is that I have not found any bits of the kidney stone in the strainer. I'm sure this is the stone's fault and not this strainer.

I got this for my relative who was visiting and ended up in the ER with a kidney stone. The 2 cone shaped paper ones they gave her at discharge were not holding up and were messy to use with urine streaming out the sides.She had to fly back home before passing the stone and this product was a life saver in flight. Plus at home, it was a very clean process to use as the urine only came out of the bottom and straight into the toilet.

My autistic son has a kidney stone and he can pee holding this and going number one.It collects even the tiniest stones. Easy to use, easy to hold. Screen is strong and will not pull away.Also easy to wash under faucet to reuse. Great if you have kidney stones or gallstones. And you get 3 of them in the packet.Great item

I purchased this to rinse and drain frozen mysis and brine shrimp, and it works perfectly for me. I rest the strainer over a small cup, fill the small cup with ro/di water (tank water works too), and let it defrost/rinse. I also add my flake food in as well. A few minutes later, I give it a stir and lift the collection cup out of the water and let it drain, removing most of the extra "juice" that is full of phospates and nitrates. The collection cup has a fine mesh strainer that allows the juice to drain easily, but captures even the smallest brine shrimp. After a week of feeding like this twice a day, I found my nitrates and phosphates dropped nicely compared to the week before. Would buy again...but it came with 3, so that won't be for a while!
