When I received these, 5 of the 12 pack were damaged, the sides were bent in, which made the cup unable to stand upright and the lid to not secure properly, the box they shipped in was fine. Each cup is in an individual sterile package, the label has places for name, room, doctor, date and time and is labeled biohazardous. Labels appear in both English and Spanish. Each cup to the very top would hold approximately 4 oz. The side shows measurements in both oz( in 1oz increments) and ml(in 20ml increments). The undamaged cups work fine, I took a star off because almost half the package was unusable and I did not have time to return as we needed them the day they arrived.
